Have to say the hotel is clean and welcoming . Staff is helpful and friendly.The rooms are immaculate and the food is great ,if you fancy a little drink Over looking the sea there is a little old fashioned bar call the "harbour bar " not far from the hotel .Worth a visit .

How very disappointed!! To not be able to watch Ireland v England Six Nations Final, in the Beach Hotel, Downings, Co Donegal. Ordered dinner whereupon the management switched off the television informing us they were not showing sports in the hotel bistro. Just back from the Beach Hotel after a lovely stress free time.We had booked two rooms and we were plesently surprised .The rooms were really modern clean warm and cosy.The oweners Charlie an Mariad are soo pleasant and friendly. As are the rest of there staff.The food was excellent and reasonable would recommend this hotel.We will return some time

I wish I could've stayed longer. The staff were so friendly and the service was excellent. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious and the entertainment provided was great craic! Highly recommended.

Travelled with family group ( including disabled mother and children) Mum was given a disabled room and the facilities for her were great.Rooms were spacious, pristine and very comfortable.
