My wife and I had a delightful 2 das stop over in this Hotel away from the hustle and bustle. The food was great as was service.. The Surrounding are is well blessed with walks although on or two are rather steep. .Our room was superb with fantastic views large and well furnished. We were sorry to leave it but...

The Hotel Natura was much better than I expected. I knew it was the ONLY hotel currently open in Peulla; We were a "captive audience," and therefore I figured we'd have to accept substandard lodgings for full price. Frankly - although my husband and I had a suite reserved and I knew the hotel was new - I expected all...

We had a corner room and had 180 degrees view of the Andes. It is a new hotel and is very clean, and quiet. Service is slow, the food is average and a bit pricey for the quality you get. We did the 4 wheel drive tour and we think it is overpriced for what you get, It is a...

Stayed here as part of 2 day Andes lake crossing. Peulla is small but beautiful once the day trippers have left. I felt like I had the place to myself. I walked up to the mirador past the customs house (20 mins), up to the waterfall (10 mins) and over to the lake (25 mins). I just sat in the...

Natura hotel is the new hotel in Peulla. But it works only with groups. No chance you will get lunch if not pre-ordered via a group. The level of service is not up to speed. It is like a deserted place once the daytrips have left in the afternoon.

We stayed here as part of our 2-day lake crossing tour. The service is very slow, but the place s beautiful!!!! Breakfast is OK, but nothing special!! I was very happy that we had chosen the 2-day option for the lake crossing, because the place is beautiful and peaceful!!! We did the "Canopy", which was GREAT!!! Crossing the forest on...

On our trip through the Andes we were unfortunate to have hit the brief but annoying horsefly season, which restricted our outdoor adventures quite significantly. No horseback riding, no fun swatting at the beasts while river rafting, etc. However, the Hotel Natura is a pastoral delight and refuge from the flies. Service was fine but casual, befitting the setting. Drinks...

We stayed one night in Puella as part of the Cruce Andes tour. Arrived at approximately 1230 had lunch then went on a 2 1/2 hour kayaking excursion. There were 6 in our group, with 3 rooms, all on the third floor with fabulous views of the Andes foot hills and a beautiful herd of cattle grazing in the fields....

Stayed here as part of a package that transits from Bariloche to Puerto Varas. It's clean and comfortable bathrooms excellent. meals quite good but only one menu for lunch and dinner. Big mobs descend each day but disappear at 4 pm and leave the place peaceful and very quiet. Not a lot to do but plenty of R&R. Unless you...

This hotel is Puella was the only one open on our trip. It is a large wooden lodge in the middle of nowhere and great for 1-2 nights of complete peace. If the weather permits, you can hike, fly-fish, photograph nature and horseback ride. If the weather is freezing, raining or snowing, you can read, journal, relax, get a massage...
