We stayed here as a group of friends and were blown away by the level of service, the staff would literally bend over backwards to make our stay more enjoyable. The pool side area was beautiful and well looked after, as were we whilst relaxing there with a beer! The rooms are comfortable, clean and traditional and the food from...

It is not possible to adequately express what a fabulous retreat this hotel offers. Set amongst beautiful gardens, it is a perfect place to find real relaxation as well as being well-paced to explore the charming town of Tequisquiapan and the surrounding areas. All their food is prepared using natural ingredients, many from their own garden, and provides guests with...

We have always enjoyed our time there and feel the staff goes the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We especially enjoy time by the pool, the traditional Mexican food, and walking into...

The walk into town takes about 15 - 20 minutes and is worth the walk. Lots of shops, street vendors and cafes to visit. The church on the square is beautiful. Lots...

Had the misfortune of staying there for the weekend. The hotel advertised a "promotion" of lunch and breakfast for $1900 per person. We quickly realised that the food was inedible and decided to have all our meals away from the hotel. The next morning we found that the showers were not working and we were unable to report the issue...

I've had the chance to visit Las Cavas three times in fall, when the weather is warm enough to swim by day and but cool enough to want your duvet at night. The staff is wonderfully hospitable, leaving candies every evening on your pillow and preparing wonderful native cuisine including my favourite, chilequiles for breakfast. The conference facilities are more...
