Berkeley Vale Nelson lakes Home stay has 2 rooms both with ensuites. One double and one twin/ king room. Also we have a fully contained unit that sleeps 4 and is called Aunt Daisy Tin Shed .Early New Zealand in style. BERKELEY VALE our home has a lounge also a tea and coffee station for your enjoyment as we want our guest to feel right at home when they come to stay. Home made cookies always on hand. All our jams, jellies and pickles are all made here at Berkeley Vale Nelson lakes. Our grounds are mainly native NZ. We sit at the base of the St Arnaud ranges and 5min to the beautiful village of St Arnaud. During the winter months July through to September a light cooked evening meal is offered during those months which is included in the price of the room. Tariff is Double $160, single $140 per night. We will enjoy your company and so will Blackie the cat. We are only 4 min to the village,outdoor play ground is what you will find in the village. So much to do here come and enjoy.

We booked at short notice and stayed in the cabin which was very cosy and self contained. Shona and Bruce were very welcoming . Coffee and home made cakes on arrival and a lovely breakfast. Although near the road it is not noisy.Nice views. Recommended.

This is an absolutely fantastic place very close to Saint Arnaud and worth staying at couple of nights if you go around Saint Arnaud and the lakes to have a look. Short distance to the lakes and Mount Robert.
