We purchased a 5pm deal. Went here just for a night away from the kids. On arrival at reception, the receptionist remembered our call as we requested an upgrade.we were in the Mediterranean which was absolutely stunning, very clean, lovely furniture and decor. We had a great sleep as the bed was so comfortable. The evening meal was lovely, we...

This is very beautiful hotel with lovely rooms, nice bed and furniture etc. nice dining room and entrance area. No where to sit quietly in bar area for a comfortable drink and chat as all the tables are ready for diners, both in the bar and the dining room. I just want to say that the food needs to add...

The little things make or break your holiday. Nice decor and reception area. Given key to room 24. A bit small but nicely furnished. However there was no two pin shaver point in the bathroom. Returned to reception to request a room with one in. Lady came to check we were not mistaken and told she would check if any...

Stayed here after a days hill walking. Arrived at reception at 6pm to be met by a grumpy middle aged man in cooks clothing behind the desk. After standing a few minutes waiting for him to finish a phone call to a pal, he also turned his back on us, we were greeted by an abrupt manner. Maybe because we...

We booked through itson, £65 dbb and paid an extra £15 to stay on a Friday night. First impressions were that the hotel is very nice, recently renovated and modernised. Our room was very nice and we had a very good powerful shower with hot water, the bed was too firm for me but no big deal. The food served...

Stayed here on Saturday night. The decor in the hotel was lovely - Scottish theme, relaxing colours. The Bedroom was very comfortable (room 12), and the bathroom very modern with 'wet room' style shower. The staff are welcoming and chatty. Dinner was extremely tasty - good choices and very well presented. All in all, an excellent overnight break.

Used a "ITISON" deal for DBB as an extra birthday treat for my other half. Was a tad worried about some of the negative reviews which this place has had However -these were unfounded -this place is a wee gem. Great location, good food, very comfortable room and great staff. All round great break We loved it!
