Situated in the beautiful and historic village of Minster, Durlock Lodge is a fantastic place to base yourself for exploring the surrounding countryside of East Kent and Thanet. The house itself is a wonderfully characterful old building and our room was clean and cosy with all the necessary amenities such as en suite bathroom/shower, TV, kettle and Wi-Fi. There is...

We stayed here just for the night as we were in a dressage competition on the Sunday. This place is full of character and charm. We received a lovely welcome and the room was absolutely charming. A couple of pubs and restaurants in walking distance makes eating very easy. The breakfast was more than ample for us with warm pain...

Beautiful little country B and B in a stunning village. Was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming lady and her cute dog on arrival and settled in very nicely. Room was exactly what we were looking for with lovely views over the garden and the included breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. Thank you for an...

What an excellent and home feel from home. Quite and neat environment from the front door to the room. Polite and friendly staff to make our stay very memorable. Will surely be visiting again and again. Nice place to chill from the hectic life of the city. Very good and thanks to the staffs.

As per title, I was going to write a review of this lovely B&B, but Kate P said it all in her review entitled "A little gem". Everything was good at Durlock Lodge, and as a bonus, there were "free range" chickens in the garden! (I love to watch chickens wandering free). The small village boasted quite a few individually...

The budget B&B gave us just what we were looking for. Clean rooms lovely bed linen and great location. This village is beautiful and hosts some hIdden gems of eating houses. We were spoiled for choice but thankful that our host gave us a rub down on Luzon and how to find things. So the breakfast is continental but really...

Room was very clean, extremely comfortable four poster bed. Breakfast was continental and you help yourself to what you want and take it back to your room....

This was a great find. A lovely old house located in a pretty village. The bedrooms are well furnished, spotlessly clean and quiet. The welcome by the owners was exceptional. A complimentary breakfast included in the price is on a help yourself basis and taken in your room. It comprised croissant, yogurts, fruit, cereal, juice, tea & coffee. Excellent stay...
