We wanted a one night stop over whilst visiting Bath and Cheddar, and feel so lucky we decided to stay at the Holcombe Inn. The Inn is surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside, once inside we were made to feel welcome by every member of the team we came across, Jules and Brad have built a wonderful team. Our room was...

We chose this inn for an overnight stay whilst cycle touring. It turned out to be a perfect choice. We were given a warm welcome, with immediate offers to lock our bikes away and fresh milk for making tea in our room. The room was very comfortable, beautifully presented and there was ample hot water for the post-cycling soak. The...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Holcombe Inn this weekend for one night (wish we'd booked for longer!) We were given a very welcome greeting and shown to our room which we've both agreed is above and beyond any chain we've stayed in - lots of small touches like fresh milk, cafetière and decent coffee, fresh biscuits and flannels...

Fantastic Inn a few miles out from bath. Great rooms and really friendly staff, but the real treat was the bar and restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic - great quality in a really relaxed and friendly environment. Wine list and local ciders also very good. Thoroughly recommended.

We are lucky enough to live within 20 minutes drive of this gem of a hostelry and have eaten here on many occasions before this visit. This time we decided to stay the night as well and were not disappointed. The accommodation was top quality. We were in a twin room and the beds were lovely and comfortable. The room...

Characterful rooms with attention do detail throughout. Very comfortable with little touches of luxury. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is freshly made with local produce. The bar is full of great wines, local ales and lots of good whisky. I really can't fault the place. Evening dinner was fantastic too!

The room was lovely and comfortable. Bathroom was swish. The staff were attentive. The food in the restaurant was excellent but remember to book. It is an ideal spot to visit Bath, Glastonbury, Wells and Cheddar Gorge.
