Hi the Hotel does not do room service but you can arrange to eat in the bar area were dogs are permitted or unfortunately leave your dog in the car whilst you are eating. We had the same problem and had to put the dog in the car which is not always the best answer to the problem.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for enquiring! we are 12 miles south of bath which is around a 20/25 minute drive into the city centre. we are very central to many attractions such as the city of wells which has some beautiful walks, a market and a cathedral. Cheddar Gorge which is a limestone gorge in the Mendip hills, with caves, quaint shops, cheese and cider making. Longleat safari park which has several attractions and the first drive through safari park outside of Africa in 1966 and has expanded ever since. Hope this answers all your questions and we will look forward to hearing from you. Melissa (assistant manager)
