Attending a family occasion in the area, the White Lodge B&B was in the perfect location for us to stay overnight without needing to travel further. A very lovely house, with plenty of character, set back from the main road so as to guarantee a relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed the very comfortable Fletchers room with high ceiling, large soft...

The breakfast was first rate - beautifully cooked and tasty using quality ingredients. The house itself is in need of expenditure - looking rather dated. Our room was a strange mixture of good and bad. Wi-Fi OK and small TV OK- ish. No wardrobe or anywhere to hang your clothes other than one hook on the door, the bathroom was...

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at White Lodge and don't hesitate in recommending it highly. It's a beautiful old house wonderfully situated in the heart of the village, with views across the green to the church. Our room was comfortable clean and bright with a very large comfy bed and a great shower. We were warmly...

We have just returned from two nights at White Lodge B & B in Angmering and had a wonderful stay. It was a perfect place for us to base ourselves whilst getting to know the local area around our newly acquired beach hut. The two rooms on the third floor were ideal as our 3 children were accommodated in one,...

Stayed 3 days for daughters wedding. A very enjoyable stay. Whole family very welcoming and so helpful. Almost like being one of the family. They even arranged for the sun to shine on my daughters wedding! The village has everything you need. Natives are very friendly. I even had time for a paddle in the warmish sea.

I stayed here for 3 nights in June and have to agree with the previous reviewers about the welcome and friendliness. I too loved the fresh berries at breakfast and the real milk for my tea. Adrienne is a lovely lady, obviously in the right business. My room was clean and comfortable, and the situation great for exploring the area...

We had a very relaxed stay here. Lovely views of the garden, comfortable beds and a warm welcome followed by a great home cooked breakfast. Adrienne also kindly posted an item we had left in the room by mistake.

Needed a room for the night after a party, and White Lodge couldn't have been better. Sadly, we were hardly there, but totally loved the house, garden and Adrienne and family! Breakfast, with fresh berries and yogurt, was particularly delicious. Would happily return as this is a First Rate establishment! We particularly appreciated having fresh milk for tea/coffee - no...

Having read good reviews on trip adviser decided to stay while visiting family in the area. What a find! Warm welcome from family & dogs. Nothing too much trouble. We stayed in double room. Light & airy, well equiped, clean & comfortable on third floor above family accomodation. Very good, freshly cooked breakfast & nice continental option. Highly recommend.

Tiny Angmering was on the itinerary of our recent motor trip along some of England’s south coast because my father’s artillery battery was there during the war. Happily for us, this led us to White Lodge B&B. Our comfortable bedroom actually overlooked Fletcher’s Field where, according to our hostess Adrienne, Canadian troops had camped. It really was quite moving for...
