We came here as a party of 20+ not only we're we welcomed and made to feel at home but the whole menu was out of this world. We have NEVER been somewhere else that has accommodated so meticulously than Soughton Hall. Our starters we're amazing. The mains were out of this world and the puddings were unfinishable and that...

Absolutely first class. The best Sunday lunch I've ever had outside my own kitchen! Portion sizes are more than generous, quality is excellent and at £20 for 3 courses, fantastic value. The hall itself is a beautiful venue, but it's the food that is the star here. Beef was perfect, and we all left feeling full and contented. I can't...

We went to Soughton Hall on Friday evening to The Mayors ball. There must have been about 150 people attending. The service was fantastic, staff could not do enough for us, and the food I must say was delicious and hot, which is very important to me and a great victory for the restaurant and kitchen staff. Cannot praise the...

We attended the Mayor of Molds dinner dance on 17th February I am sorry to say we found the food average and the marquee chilly when I asked the staff to close the doors to stop the draughts I was told the heater had run out of oil.

The hotel is stunning as you drive down towards it and the rest does not disappoint. I stayed in the garden room which had a lovely big bed and a beautiful bathroom upstairs. I was out seeing family so didn't get to wander around the hotel but the bits I did see were well kept. All the staff were friendly...

We stayed in thin Garden Room which had a spiral staircase up to the bathroom which was lovely but as an asthmatic was a little damp, the bedroom was fine so no big deal and you expect these things in a building of such an age.. The only regret is that we didn't arrive until 23:00 but we had a...

My Wife treated me to dinner, bed and breakfast in December. as we drove down the driveway the building was very impressive and it is in a beautiful location. Once inside we were not disappointed it was equally impressive inside. The man who checked us in was very friendly and efficient showing us the lounge and bar area's before showing...

Visited here on a Secret Escapes rate and we weren't disappointed. The staff were friendly and professional, catered to our every request. Our room was spotlessly clean and had every amenity that we could possibly need. Tastefully decorated throughout, furniture was modern but tastefully in keeping with the age of the building. The building is very interesting, lots of nooks...

I held a business event at Soughton Hall & have to say, the setting is stunning! It hosted approximately 200 people in theatre style in the marquee and it looked beautiful. I dealt with Annie who was extremely helpful and accommodating, with what we required & can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you so much!

We're do I start, spectacular drive down the driveway,to be greeted by very friendly staff. The hotel is just amazingly beautiful in the downton Abby way. Lovely grounds and we had the sun for the day so managed to take some stunning photos. Afternoon tea was excellent, we will definitely be going back.
