My father and I stayed at this hotel while walking the West Highland Way this April. We were overwhelmed with the service we received. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and we were taken care of for anything we needed. It surely was a pleasure.

Well what can I say what a fantastic hotel this is, it was our second stop on our reverse West highland way walk and boy were we glad we picked it. Our first meeting was with a young man called Mate and I can only say if the world was full of people like this young man it would be...

I'm reviewing this as a lunch-stop only, but what a wonderful lunch-stop it was. It's in an idyllic, remote location in the middle of nowhere on the West Highland Way. The dog and I arrived ridiculously early to eat and I was welcomed into a walkers' bar by a solicitous barman who fetched the chef. She went to enormous efforts...

I stayed here whilst doing the west higland way in March. We had a absolutely wonderful time. From the moment we arrived we felt very well looked after. The room was cosy and warm with plenty of hot water. The dinner menu was limited but the food was simply wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpfull inparticular Mate. We will...

Not really any other options if you need to stop in this area while walking and the price reflected this, a little expensive for the accommodation. The little nice touches did not really disguise the really old and unclean bathroom and the bed was small and uncomfortable. Even though they do advise no wifi or phone signal we also had...

After many hours on the way and the inevitable blisters and soreness this hotel was just what was needed. The owner, Nadia i believe her name was was very attentive and nothing was left to chance with everything perfect. The bar (Hobbled as quick as possible to get there) has a wide range of beer and spirits and the food...

Passing after a climb in the hills and stopped for a swift pint on the way out. What a find! a lovely place with a warm welcome and good service. We will be back the next time we are in the area for sure.

Like many others reviewing this hotel,we stayed here as we journeyed along the WHW. Nadia, the new owner of the hotel, greeted us with a warm welcome. The pub offered a delicious bowl of soup on their menu and were glad we arrived early enough to try some. Dinner was served at 6pm. We enjoyed a vegetarian dish that was...

I loved this place having walked in from Tyndrum on the West Highland Way, we arrived to be greeted on reception by a very friendly young woman who's name I have unfortuantely forgotten and were booked into our room and also in the restuarant for dinner (there is nowhere else around) and were soon enjoying a relaxing cup of tea...

My sister, my dad and I stayed a night at the hotel during the west Highland way and had such a great time! I had injured myself and had a day off walking, so spent a lot of the day there and the team were so kind and attentive. I had lunch and dinner at the hotel and both were...
