The receptionist who booked us in was not very welcoming. The room was fine but the bathroom could do with some TLC. The bed was great. We had family over from Ireland two who were elderly. There was eight of us, we had to wait a long time for our meal. A few of us had sirloin but don't think...

A wonderful last minute discovery. A lovely welcome on arrival. We were disappointed with our room, it stated a sea view, which it had, but it wasn't sea facing! Now we know the difference... Clean room. Quite noisy at night due to traffic. Lovely terrace for drinks. There seemed to be plenty of staff, but some seemed uncomfortable to serve...

We stayed in a sea view room, it was nice and quiet, well decorated and bathroom was nice too. The view was fabulous and I was especially impressed by the breakfast, choice of cooked breakfast plus continental budget. A lovely stay

We have had friends who have stayed here before and we booked with their recommendation. Great sea view room with balcony, woke up to lovely sounds and sea. The breakfasts were excellent and freshly cooked. The room could have been cleaned a little better and more toilet paper supplied, But still two great nights. Very handy for buses to Brighton.

We were extremely lucky as the weather was glorious and the hotel has a large and comfortable patio deck overlooking the water and beach. It is possible to dine or just have a relaxing drink outside....

Stayed for four nights and were glad we had booked a sea facing room as the other rooms would hear the noise from the very busy road. The location is brilliant for the pretty village and the sea front and it has an all round lovely atmosphere. The staff were helpful and efficient although a bit stingy with the toiletries!!....

Rottingdean is a very attractive village with a number of good pubs and a seafront walk all the way to Brighton. The White Horse is situated at the junction of the High St and the main A259 to Brighton, so rooms on that side may be noisy but our sea view room was very quiet and well equipped. The rooms...

We stayed for one night and the staff we're all polite and friendly. The B and B is over a pub but we could not hear any noise. The carpark is free and seems quite safe, it is near a bus stop where you can get a bus into Brighton. The room was spacious and well equipped and the breakfast...

Clean and well run. Spent only one night there but the staff was friendly and we had no complaints. So many places in England seem to have parking issues, but this isn't one of them. If you are traveling by car you won't find anything more convenient. Situated at the head of the cliff walk you can walk down to...
