Unfortunately we chose to stay the night that there was a tribute act on. The restaurant was too busy to accommodate us for food. The room I had was at best in need of a refurb some 15 years ago. Poor is how I describe it. The bathroom needed a good clean and the decor etc is

Hi, This is literally one of the rudest and most inaccurate reviews that we've ever received over the past 7 years! As I explained to you when you checked in, we were fully booked in the restaurant on Friday night, but I did hav unreserved high tables. Other hotel residents came in and were able to eat, but you chose not to. You stayed in room 12. The beds are less than 6 months old. You arrived for breakfast and tried to come in through the back door to the kitchen! The main doors were just about to be opened at 7.30! I'm not sure what the bean issue was as I personally checked them before they left the kitchen to check that your replacements were hot. They were definitely hot, but maybe you prefer thermo-nuclear hot microwaved beans??? I find it totally offensive that you would say I smelt like a brewery from the night before! I worked until 1.30am, and was back in at 7. I'm not sure how anything we did could be described as unprofessional in any way at all???

From the minute I walked in the door, I was made to feel welcome. They were setting up for a big booking, and the place looked really nice! The staff were lovely and I was checked in quickly and shown to my room. The room itself was a good size, a bit run down maybe, but
