Stayed here last Saturday night after a wedding. The room was very nice and spacious, although got very hot during the night. It had nice added touches such as fresh milk, good quality tea, coffee and biscuits, complimentary bottle of water. However, breakfast the next morning was a real let down. The dining room is really nice and bright, with...

This is a good hotel ideal for the M5 on the outskirts of Bristol. Rooms are a good size with tea and coffe, hairdryer etc. Breakfast was very nice with a good choice. Good size pool and well equipped gym.

Came for a birthday afternoon tea after hearing great things about it, the food was very lovely however only one person serving at the bar whilst there was a wedding!? Meant that those of us who were visiting had to wait a long time before being served. Also, should have regular top ups of tea, I had to chase the...

Stayed here in January with my 20 year old daughter for a 2 day spa package. The hotel looks like it has recently been refurbished and they have done a very nice job of it! Public areas are welcoming and some lovely attention detail. We stayed on a package which included a meal in the evening which was also very...

Amazing food and great service. Food was quick and tastes amazing. Excellent facilities inside and I wish I was staying as the spa looked so relaxing. It looks run down from outside but is amazing inside. Child friendly and staff were friendly and helpful.

For an Easter getaway spot this was a great little retreat, planted I what looked like the business zone of Bristol meant it was much quieter in the weekend, or so we thought. The hotel was actually quite busy, though we didn't see many people, the spa did have a few children, which was fine because at 7pm it because...

Went to the Aztec for two nights with our daughter & partner and two year old granddaughter for a short break, the pool and spa being the main attraction. We stayed in suite-style rooms and the spa, pool and room were first class. However, the restaurant was not up to 4* Standards with regard to staff and staff training and...

Spent a night at the hotel as part of a work trip. I am coeliac and they were knowledgeable and were able to supply the correct information. Food is superb, bed really comfortable and rooms. Spa and pool just great. They were refurbishing whilst I was there, the noise and mess were minimal. Will certainly return

We arrived at the Spa and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We filled in our lunch choices and the time we wanted to eat. Then we were given extremely fluffy bathrobes and a towel. The changing room was extremely nice, very modern. We used the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. All the facilities were excellent. There...
