We booked 2 rooms for a get together with relatives, and were pleasantly surprised at the Seal when we both arrived. From then on it got even better, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive but not over the top. Nothing seemed too much bother. We ordered our 4 meals and were very pleased with the food supplied, It was...

We visited this pub and were welcomed by friendly staff. As it was Saturday night, we joined in with the regular meat raffle (5.30pm), which was animated and great fun! We then ordered meals which arrived promptly and were delicious! The children's meals - one had bangers and mash and the other ham, egg and chips were well presented and...

From the first phone call to book the hotel (less than 24 hours before arrival) to booking out the whole experience could not have been better. The room was excellent with a comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. The restaurant was a typical village establishment. The staff were all extremely pleasant and it was obvious that they enjoyed their work which...

Our room was clean and comfortable but looked into next door window. The bar was pleasant and the restaurant served a good dinner and breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar was busy with locals.

Ideal place to stay when we visit my mum, near to the high street transport and the seafront. Great restaurant. Deluxe rooms are spacious with huge beds (I like Room 102). All staff are polite and helpful but Liam who works in the restaurant deserves a special mention for providing excellent service.

Stayed here one night with a friend. Room was small but comfortable and had all you needed. Staff were very accommodating: especially on breakfast requests (chef made me some veggie sausages!). Used the bar too which had a good selection of ales but was very 'local'.
