We have just had a 3 night stay at Fairhaven Country Guest House, our 11th stay in this wonderful house this time our 1st stay with new owners Sarah and Pete at the helm! Our trip to Goathland.This trip was to attend a family funeral in Goathland .we were met on our arrival with coffee tea and cakes which was very much appreciated after quite a long journey the rooms were very nicely furnished and very clean I would recommend this guest house .

The location is excellent. Wonderful views, quiet and peaceful. A few shops and places to eat v close by. We had four rooms and all members of our party were delighted with their accommodation. My husband and I visited again last week and it was as if we had only just left after our last visit. We always get such a warm welcome and it is lovely to meet up with old friends again, that's how we feel about Liz, Keith & Kelly who run this beautiful establishment. We visited at February half term and had such a wonderful stay. Liz and Keith are so friendly and welcoming, the house is gorgeous especially the lounge with its real fire, games and dvds. Another wonderful weekend spent at Fairhaven with the trio(Liz Keith and Kelly).What fantastic people they are!!!!.We stayed in Room 1 which was lovely as are all the rooms we've stayed in.Breakfast as always superb,thanks Liz and always delivered with a certain panache by that man Keith!!.Thanks for another wonderful time.

Once again we have had a great relaxing stay at Fairhaven. Our hosts, Liz, Keith & Kelly were fantastic. Food was its usual high standard. All aspects of the accomodation are superb ...I highly recommended.

We booked in for a "Winter Warmer break" back in February. This isn't my first review and I'm finding it hard to put it together without being over gushing, but I just can't. A warm welcome from Liz Keith and Kelly with tea and cakes on arrival.Our 2nd winter warmer break this year with dinner on the first evening.Everything is very well cooked.The Rooms are spotless and very comfortable.The view from the dining room is very relaxing at breakfast time.Hope to return soon.
