The Greyhound Inn is a traditional country Inn, offering a warm welcome and a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Good food and hand pulled beers can be enjoyed outside in the courtyard and garden or in the bar around a seasonal log fire. A-la-Carte menu, Bar Meals and Chefs specials including fresh fish selections are available as well as traditional Sunday lunches. All our food is locally sourced and delivered daily and cooked to order. The spacious well-appointed bedrooms offer all the comforts of home, as well as free Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the building. We are situated a mile off the A1 on the road between Crakehall and Catterick. There are facilities nearby for Golf and Fishing as well as some pleasant walks. We are within easy reach of Bedale, Leyburn and Richmond and the market towns of the Dales.

Fabulous pub, very friendly and great food. They made us feel very welcome (including Sid the dog). We stayed in a lovely place called Mullion Cottage, just a hundred yards or so down the road. All beautifully appointed and presented. And just great to go out for the day knowing

We stayed on a Saturday night , in this relaxing and friendly inn. Both evening meal and breakfast were excellent , all staff made us most welcome. Room was warm , clean and tidy along with a comfortable bed .Everything we needed , and will return soon.

Stayed here Friday Saturday night. Exellent welcome. Room 1 was spacious clean and warm. Breakfast was Exellent and plenty. Lovely quite village. 20 minutes from the a1.
Exellent for touring the dales.
Will be back when in this area.
Very dog friendly too.
