We've spent an excellent holiday there. Bucovina is a blessed location, the hotel is very nice, the staff very friendly and special the owner very open minded person, looking continuously to all the details and to make all the best for the tourists. The chef is a special one, you have to test the menu with great meals and delicious...

we stayed here with our friends and their daughter; enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. the swimming pool area is very well organised (lockers, showers, changing cabins, hair dryer). From the hotel reception you get towels, bathrobes and also swimming cap/ flip flops if you need them. the water from the swimming pool was clean, the water maybe a...

Recomanded! Best 3 stars in the area. Amiable staff, good food and the spa is really nice and relaxing. By the restaurant I recomand local specialties. The prices are good for what they offer and the owners are really hospitable. The area is amazing and suitable for hiking, mountainbike and off-road biking. You can order at the reception sledge and...

The room was big, and had a nice jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very nice. A bit cool as heaters only worked part of the time. You have to walk across a 2nd floor bridge to get to the rooms. Not great when raining. The big problem was the dog hanging around. Barked all night long. And most...

We booked a room oriented to the mountain in order to sleep well, but when we arrived (late And tired) they said that is an error And give us a room (big room) over the Road. Noisy like hell with a lot of traffic, impossible to take a rest. The apparently good have a fridge that is like a truck,...

This was my third stay here. The first two times were excellent but the third was absolutely terrible! We stayed in the front building which seems quite forgotten compared to the back part and bungalows. I hope they are better because the front was TRULY AWFUL! Firstly, the walls were paper thin so anytime someone walked up the hallway it...

I stayed at Eden on a business trip, in March 2015. The rooms are large, the bath also very generous, the staff is very, very helpful (It is a family run establishment) but one of the best features of this place is actually the restaurant. The food is delicious and you should absolutely try the traditional dishes, you will not regret...

Everything was fine; service and quality fair for 3 stars, you feel like home. Restaurant very good, excellent traditional food from this part of the country. The area is full of hiking trails; you can visit all the valleys from Rarau to Giumalau and etc.

We arrived at night and we were checked-in fast. The place is clean and they have a good organization. the prices are average. The only think I didn't like was the fact that the employee from the reception was in a hurry to close but I think was for the late hour.

The staff here are warm and welcoming and nothing seems to be a problem for them. I have stayed in many hotels in Romania but this is by far the best. It is clean and the rooms are on a larger scale than most and have quality inclusions throughout. The price is very reasonable and they have a wonderful breakfast...
