2 Nights 3 days here was just amazing. Check-in and check-out was express, welcomed with a smile and a welcome drink. The service of the staff was top notch right from Kirteesh in the front desk were very supportive and helpful. The wooden cottages were perfect, very clean , spacious and well crafted. A private garden on the backside with a space to dry your cloths was thoughtful. Everything was designed to perfection. The Varka pvt beach was just 300 mts walk. It is guarded by their security throughout and a lifeguard is posted near the beach, which gives you a safe feeling. Buffet breakfast was good and the menu was changed the other day. We had lunch and dinner too on the entire stay here. Since the cottages are huge the AC takes time to cool it. Bedding was perfect. They cleaned the room the next day too, to perfection. Replaced the towels and water bottles. Near the beach they have shacks, a shower room and towels are provided. My kid loved the pool and beach. Pool was very clean and to good depth. We spent most of the time at these 2 places. I wanted to extend my stay but they were fully booked. Later I moved to a 5 star hotel in North Goa, but I felt this one was worth than staying in a 5 star hotel. Wifi worked good. The property is very beautiful, thanks a ton guys for making our stay comfortable! I would love to come back. A point to note, cabs in south Goa are expensive. You have 2 wheeler renting service beside the gate.

If I could give 11/10 to location for this property I wouldn't hesitate . Our room was literally a stone throw from the clean , white sand , raw beach . This property is for those who want to stay away from the wild parties of goa and have a proper relaxing and "Me , Us & Our" time .
Likes: Neat and Clean Property , not so spacious but cozy rooms with nice and clean bathrooms . Food : Their chef is amazing but not consistent , ordered same dish twice and didn't like it the second time . Also in peak hours expect a delay in service as they tend to get really occupied . In our case we had to wait for an hour for our food but mostly worth it . Staff is really really polite . At reception Suhail was a really quick with check in and check out both . In the restaurant , Joe , Sanjay , Mr. Das all amazing . They gave us , (group of 10 people ) a very welcoming feel . Beach beds were clean and shaded . Because of the remote location one would worry about security but that is really well taken care of . They have a dedicated security guard Nirmal for the beach entrance which is a well lit area till their property . Special shout out to their in house electrician , don't remember his name but he was so prompt and quick in addressing our lighting concern and solved it almost within minutes. Breakfast : options were good but could've been better . All staff followed covid protocols and sanitizers were provided at every entrance of resort area. They check the temperature of every person at the gate .
Dislikes : Slow service in rooms , Really slow service in restaurant . They can better the lighting at the beach front if someone wants to enjoy the beach post sunset . no room service for food or drinks post 10:30pm .
Advice : There is only one shop in walking distance which closes early so be ready with any snacking needs before hand .
Would definitely visit again when in south goa .

We had a fantastic stay experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, and all the services were excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private beach location was fantastic and very well-maintained, and it was incredibly relaxing. We would definitely like to visit again.

Just an average one - staff (particularly Manjunath was very rude). He said he can’t even provide extra glasses in the room and that they would be chargeable which is absurd.
Breakfast was below average / idlis were so hard that kids couldn’t Even chew though the staff was very helpful in restaurant. Food options otherwise were limited too and quality wasn’t really upto mark.
location wise it’s good that it has direct access to a beach which is mostly empty but the disadvantage is that there are neither any shacks out there nor their own restaurant serves anything out there…so good for nothing.
Sun beds which they have placed are just not covered so can’t really be used in order to relax during the day

It was a lovely stay, beautiful and cleanest property with wonderful super friendly, smiling and always ready to help STAFF. We really had a pleasant stay from the Resort entrance gate to the beach access gate the entire property was clean well maintained. The refreshing welcome drink at the time of Check-in and the room was extremely awesome spacious with all the amenities. Also this property has nice lovely children play area with slides, swings, seesaw and well maintained swimming pool (we enjoyed playing in the pool) .
I had a chance to meet each and every staff at the property and to be very honest I couldn't miss a single name to mention.

We stayed here for a night, arrived late and checked out early as we had a few things planned for the next day.
Room The rooms are quite basic, slightly cramped after our large luggages were brought in. The washroom on the other hand was large and spacious.
The overall room maintenance was quite good and we were very impressed with the washrooms. However, the spring mattresses were definitely a cause of discomfort.
Resort & amenities While we did not stay on long enough to comment, the resort was well groomed and clean, with a private access to the beach. The mosquitoes in common areas, including breakfast area was an issue, but overall good vfm.
Breakfast Simple spread with limited dishes. Does the job as we ate as soon as the food was stocked - so was fresh and hot.
Staff & service The staff were very friendly and approachable. They were quick to respond to requests as well.
Overall, a decent place budget stay option in South Goa and with good proximity to restaurants and beach access. Since we visited during season and paid higher than normal prices, the review reflects our experience for the money spent.

Travelled in Feb. 2021 as couple. We had booked through the hotel website a room for 3 night stay. On arriving we were told that we had got a free upgrade to their suite room and we were so happy. The room was just next to the beach. It was awesome. Manjunath took us to our room and explained the room details like ac and complimentary stuff and chargeable stuff and was good tour about hotel amenities and services along with timings. Room was good and cozy. The main attraction was the waves sound that we were able to hear from our room. It was magical. We can go to the beach any time and there was a guard who was very friendly and at the door 24/7.The beach was very clean and hardly any tourists. We saw amazing sunsets there sitting on golden sand. The other important thing which was amazing was the food. The resort's restaurant was so good that we never ate outside whenever we went for sightseeing. Food was fresh and very nominal rates. Special thanks to "Nitesh", he was our go guy at resort and restaurant. We are vegetarians and on hearing this he tried suggesting us every time we went. And must say ,he suggestions were very useful. He made sure we were having our required food and customizations we asked was given. We are very happy with his service. The other thing was pool and spa. Although we never went inside the pool , but the poolside sitting was fun. We also tried the spa at resort. Spa was fun and recommendable. Overall a very good stay and awesome service. Defiantly recommended stay. They accept cards so all payments were done through cards and cash was not required.

Huts are clean and beautiful and right on Varca Beach. Staff is mannered, Restaurant is good and chefs cook delicious food, prices are also reasonable. Recommended for visit to south goa. Small bar for drinks and neat pvt shacks are also made available at beach by owner.

The property is really beautiful. To find something like this at such a price is unbelievable. The property is very well kept and the cottages are spacious. The bathroom amenities and even the shower cubicle that's attached is nice and compact. Has lovely opening to the beach. They even have a play area for kids incase you're on a full on family trip. I am really sorry i can't remember the names but the 1 at reception and the 1 who explained to us about the room were very helpful and polite i did mention their names on the feedback form that was given to me.
