During our recent stay at the property, we had a booking through RCI and CM membership. We found the holiday experience to be extremely comfortable and relaxing. The entire team at CM Emerald palms was exceptionally helpful and courteous.

Our 3-day stay at Club Mahindra Emerald Palms in Goa with family was an exceptional experience. The resort offered a wonderful blend of comfort and luxury, making our holiday memorable. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after our daily adventures in Goa.

The Resort was probably under post monsoon maintenance but even then utmost care was taken to see to it that the disturbance was minimal, less noise ,less dust and less smells of outdoor mosquito repellent fumes .

Emerald Palms Club Mahindra shares a wonderful location and is a short walk to the beach. I do recommend a car however in case you want to just chill at the property, it’s perfectly fine.
Our check in was smooth and we were immediately allocated our room . The room was clean and beds comfortable. Must say that the housekeeping has been upto the mark .The phone calls were tended to and responsive.
They had lots of meal packages and various spa packages which we did not avail.The IPL viewing by the poolside was a great experience however very few guests were present.
What I found strange was the compulsory deposit of ₹2000/ per room which we had to redeem at the restaurants, Spa or other activities . Is this necessary?
A lot of the staff were clearly trainees and very young, learning the ropes.
The breakfast we had needs improvement for sure…. In all due respect the set up was good but something was amiss. The service at the breakfast restaurant really needs improvement … did not enjoy this lacklustre attitude first thing in the morning.

Need to update to smart TV as OTT platforms are not available.
Tax stands near the hotel are too expensive (double the rate) also have their monopoly and doesn't let other cabs to come in.
No dine in or room service dinning available after 10:30 pm can be extended atleast upto 12:00 am

I stayed in Club Mahindra Emerald Palms for about 5 days with my family in Feb 2024.
The resort is big and beautiful. The 1BR rooms that we stayed was massive and comfortable with all the amenities that one would look for in a 5 star hotel accommodation.
The staffs at Club Mahindra are the ones who make your experience memorable. There is Mr. Daniel who plays such beautiful guitar and will sing songs for your occasion and he brought our family so much joy for the birthday song he played for my wife.
My family had a very good time in the fun zone area, pool area and the other recreational areas in the big resort.
On the flip side, we weren’t much impressed with the breakfast buffet which was repetitive, below par quality and overly priced. However we had one lunch buffet there and that was really nice. So i really wonder how they couldn’t improve on breakfast.
Overall the stay was fantastic and would definitely visit again when in South Goa

This was my first time at this amazing Property. A truly a hidden Gem of Club mahindra.
Very friendly Staff, Beautiful ambience and a truly majestic experience.
However, There were a few things that made our stay a little off.
1. Tv Remote was not working. We called the maintenance ans they couldn't solve the issue and stated that it was satellite issue and they would resolve it in the morning, Whereas we had a one day stay.
2. While checking out it was raining heavily, We asked for an umbrella at the reception but they said they would send a buggy but we waited for around 35 but no response and we had checked out the room so we waited down.
Eventually we had to go to the back area under our room (1021) and ask them for an umbrella.
3. The water bottles provided by the restaurant were around 150₹ for 750Ml.
We got 2 and wanted to return one bottle but the they denied our request to give one bottle back and told us that once given nothing can be taken back.
4. While checking out at the reception no feedback was asked for the stay and it seemed that they were not interested in guest feedback. It was like checking out of a local hotel.
5. The food I ordered was truly amazing and i loved the veg combo meal.
However, Kudos to a few people who greeted and smiled at the reception are
Pushpanjali maintaining the standards of housekeeping by keeping the front of the house clean with a smile is truly mesmerising.

Stayed for 4 days, it was really memorable stay. The rooms were clean & spacious, staff were very courteous & always there to help. The food was also very tasty though would have loved some variety in the spread.Chef Vikram & chef Yash was personally attending to the needs of the guests & prepared a very tasty Goan fish curry specially for us. The location of the resort is also so close to Varca beach which was not at all crowded with shacks on the beach for some local flavour. Overall very pleasant stay & really enjoyed every minute of it.

The resort is located perfectly for travellers ease to move in out and not crowded. Getting renovated, but I had chance to stay in old building 1 BR which had ample space of almost 2 bhk mumbai pool facing. This resort stands out from other Club Mahindra resorts on various count, to start with spacious and airy lobby, very courteous and welcoming staff and topping is the food. The menu’s for breakfast, lunch and dinner is designed excellent and chefs have also done a matching job by preparing tasty food, which nowadays is lacking in other let’s say almost all other CM resorts. It is worth naming two outstanding staff Anjali and Rwisumwi from dining for their excellent manner and readiness to understand and serve to the best possible extent the requirements of guest.
