Was travelling after nearly 3 years due to the pandemic ..stayed in the Hotel for 4 days .. centrally located ,good rooms,good veg restaurants nearby .. good places for shopping is also nearby overall nice experience

When I entering the reception I have only soft copy of my identity card . The receptionist said that go outside and take print and submit here .that time I asked them give me your watsapp number I wil send through it . She replayed we don’t have that kind of facilities . Finally gave one watsapp number and sent through it I got extremely bad behaviour for receptionist I spend more then 15 minuts on reception that was my first experience in Palakkad

The hotel is situated in a complex. they have good parking space. Its in the middle of the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family. Neat and clean toilets. Very friendly staff and good response for your questions. The fort is just 1 km away from hotel. Lot of shopping options nearby.

Stayed here for 1 night in March 2020 whilst driving from Varkela to Goa along route 66. Lovely hotel the rooms are big and very clean. WiFi good. Staff superb. Breakfast is not very good with a limited choice of dosa and idli only. No eggs - but that is usual along this road. No restaurant in the hotel itself but a very good restaurant 50m away called Farooks - where you can get a decent feed at very low cost.

Lot of mosquitoes in the room, AC is switched off in the night, unprofessional staff, food is pathetic, only 2 items(poori and Upma) available for breakfast. Around 3 am I woke up because it was getting hot and safocating, and also too many mosquitoes. I told the reception because housekeeping did not respond, but no one cared to come and check, called again after 15 min., one guy came and try to fix it, he said it is not working and walked away., after going down and fighting with them they changed my room. AC worked., but mosquitoes were present here also. Worst hotel., never stay der.

Very comfortable and cosy stay, this was a stop over however we plan to visit again. Staff is also very accommodating and helpful. Parking is available, not a problem. The hotel is in the city so shopping is not s problem at all you just have to step out. There are many nice restaurants nearby serving typical Kerala dishes .

- the food was very poor - the service was lousy - anything that was requested for was always negated - the manager is never available and his staff says that he is always out of the hotel - management has a very rigid and unhelpful attitude towards guests NOT RECOMMENDED
