I stayed for two weeks and was transformed. Never have I learned so much about myself and my body and how to provide perfect care for it. I'm so thankful I got to experience such an incredible change in my body and mind. People told me my eyes looked clear and bright when I returned... the oil and herbs treatments...

Some years ago when my wife and I were checking out ayurvedic hospitals we were getting depressed by the condition and upkeep of ayurvedic facilities in India when we were told about Kalari Kovilakom. This is primarily an ayurvedic hospital in a beautiful, historic and green setting. The staff and doctors are well trained and although it is pricy we...

Hard to say whether the short or long term benefits are the greatest take away from a stint at Kalari Kovilakom. Was it the physical and emotional benefits of pancha karma, or learning about the needs of your body and mind? The beauty of the place or the return to inner peace and creativity that comes from total relaxation? The...

I came to Kalari Kovilakom with so much worries and totally worn out. I took the Rasayana treatment and, at the end of it I was feeling totally refreshed and rejuvenated. It was nice feeling to be here, totally away from all that is worrying you.

Kalari Kovilakom is a truly remarkable destination. I spent three weeks here doing an Ayurvedic panchkarma treatment, and I don't think I have ever felt as detoxified, relaxed, and rejuvenated as I did at end of my treatment. Kalari embodies health and wellness on every level. It offers a deep dive into holistic healing through the path of Ayurveda and...

I have been practicing Ayurveda for many years now and visited a couple of treatment centers in India, however, I consider Kalari to be the best in terms of quality of accommodations, food and the most important- quality of treatments you receive. This was my second visit there and I has not been disappointed. The word of advice: be prepared....

I am currently staying at Kalari kovilakom for 21 days and this is our 4th day. Am grateful to the CGH group for creating such a perfect place for authentic Ayurvedic treatment in India. It is expensive but worth every penny. The service is the best. The staff is extremely well trained & they are very courteous and attentive. Service...

“I was in the 'European' residence building, with large rooms and bathrooms. Very private, can't hear noise from other rooms, etc. Next time I'll ask to be in the old palace building. Rooms are smaller, especially the bathrooms, but full of character. The 'deluxe' and significantly more expensive rooms are chosen primarily for their size and architectural features. Worth splurging on, if you can afford it.”
