We booked three Private Pool Vilas with breakfast and Dinner.

1. Welcome

We were received very nicely and we had a warm reception. Welcome drinks were standard iced tea which was pleasant though the typical welcome of Rajasthan ,garlands and tilak was missing. But that is understandable due to covid.

2.Rooms and Villas.

Rooms were beautifully decorated with swiss tents type roof, very tasteful furniture's , opening to a very spacious patio garden and private pool which was clean small and sweet. Bathroom were standard 5 star with beautiful bath tub over versace tiles.

3.Food

We opted for breakfast and dinner which was fixed menu. Food was decent Mr. Negi took care of it very pleasingly. Dinner were made in accordance to our choices and which was very delightful.

4.Staff Greet and Special Requests.

Actually some special requests were taken cared very satisfyingly and some were not. Like we were presented with cake, midday maggie for kids. And like when someone from the group had an medical emergency it took a lot of time for first aid to reach the guest. And when our liquor got over at 10 But Thanks to Swati for her promptness and help.

5. Verdict

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Things are more of 4.5 out of 5 over here. Well .5 is deducted due to our spoilt stays at other 5 stars Resorts. But pool villas are nice and beautiful

This property sets an entirely different standard for hospitality.
Their villas are a concept by themselves. Each villa has a unique theme inside, ours was Tibetan! Large spacious bedroom with an attached opulent bathroom, a large living room with dining table & with an attached toilet, and a large sit out on the rear of the villa. Furnishing, gadgets all high end. And a golf cart available 24 hours to transport you from the main block to your villa. Real pampering!
Even more amazing is their quality of customer service. No request is a hassle for them. Housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant staff, reception staff - all enthusiastic, courteous and really quick to respond.
And to top it all the quality of their food is simply marvellous.
Strongly recommended!

Its really really far from the city, way past Amer, on the Delhi highway. I found the property well kept and staff by and large courteous. Rooms are large and decently appointed. What i found lacking is the fine touch of hospitality. Small small things which add up, like no hand towels on second day, main towels too not of quality. Many channels on TV not subscribed too, including one which was showing live cricket match. The breakfast hosts looked quite lost and were only interested in recording your room numbers and no smiling faces at the reception. For weddings they have a large garden and few other decent spots nearby. Their catering in garden was excellent, though normally for weddings such events are outsources by the hotel. Uber service availability was decent though one had to wait a bit.

Felt Dejected, Helpless & Regretful for Choosing indana Palace Jaipur for my niece Wedding for 15 & 16 Nov 21.
1. Coordinator Mr. Sahu was not at all cooperative, forget about being helpful, he doesn't fit being part of the hospitality industry specially in PR.
2. Reception, housekeeping staff was trying to cooperate but they also felt helpless in front of their seniors.
3. Mr. Negi Head chef for Indana Palace, is so obsessed with himself that he can't even digest a single complaint, on contrary, he tried to teach, that we have zero knowledge about how food tastes in a five star Hotel.
4. During 1st Visit we were shown and informed regarding the gallery and way towards garden and villa, but on wedding dates that area was occupied by some temporary construction for the canteen which changed everything we planned for "barat swagat" and "ghud chadhai" and had left with no choice but to compromise.
5. We were left with one path for parking and the same for taking our guests towards the garden, which also was not allowed to be decorated.
6. We made a beautiful marigold flower Rangoli on the floor which was so abruptly removed stating that it will damage the precious white marble floor, in front of our eyes.
7. Provided the same Breakfast for 2 days of stay which also was not very well served, even they denied the most basic breakfast dish "Omlet '' on both days.
8. Apart from all this we requested them for being at least their best in wedding night dinner, but we have left with 2 waiters serving 10+ people in "Sajan Goth", Rice served was not even boiled properly, on complaining Mr Sahu, he said i am already aware of this issue and than he got it removed.
A marriage like once in lifetime function was ruined by few greedy, Oversmart, Arrogant people and poor management, felt like we were trapped by paying almost complete amount and left with no other option, Mr Pradeep Biswal (GM) was shocked to hear my experience but was helpless because he was not at the unit and didn't got the time to check back even after 4 days post marriage.
Thanks Mr. Inderpal Yadav ji, for consoling and raising my concern.
Thanks Indana Palace Jaipur
Regards

Did a mistake to choose this property for my weekend getaway.

Right from the time of check in you would realise that you have come to a below average property.

I had booked for myself a suite and what I get is a suite full of stink due to clogged drains and non functional wifi. These guys just could not fix any of the mentioned.

I was made to stay in a lower category room despite of paying for suite, imagine on earth where this happens that you get a lower category room because these guys have given all rooms to an ongoing marriage party, this place is just a marriage palace trying to be a hotel.

Food spread, serving, taste everything is much below any standards.

What ever you call the reception for, they tell you to come down to reception for sorting as they can't come up, imagine this being a five star property.

Staff training and courteousness are words not what these guys have not been told.

Balcony next to room is full of bird droppings and these guys have no thought of cleaning it or making it worth for you to even open your balcony door.

Just an absolute no atleast from myside, even if you are made to stay here for free.

The Indana is a beautiful hotel, located outside of the noisy areas of Jaipur. We booked the Junior suite but we wanted to upgrade to a better room, then they showed us a room in the Villa area. We immediately fell in love with the place, gorgeous room, peaceful surroundings with a bath and shower area to highly recommend. The one and only negative about this hotel was the breakfast. It’s easy to understand that the food they serve is Indian, but would have helped to be a few more European options. Even though there was this negative, the restaurant staff were more than happy to help and make our breakfast an enjoyable one.
Special mention to Mohit, who supervised the upgrading of our room and was a pleasure to hold company with.
This hotel is outside of the main stay of Jaipur but is well worth the trip to enjoy India with its serene and peaceful surroundings. I would easily come back.

Unprofessional staff and management. Booked for king bed but they gave u twin rooms. Then on request they convert it . Went to 24 hrs restaurant and that was not even serving the food , they send to us to other restaurant. We placed the order over there then after 10 minutes they refused to serve as the operation timings were over. This is how they treat guests. Rooms are not sound proof , you can hear the noises from adjacent rooms. Even they can also listen yours. Don't recommend it to anyone and definitely I will not come back again.

We came to attend a wedding function of one of our friend. This was our second stay with Indiana as we had come last year also for a family holiday.

Our stay of 3 days was superb including the day of the wedding. The entire show was so nicely organised and never thought service in a banquet could be so perfect.

The food was awesome especially the laal maans which was quite spicy but that's how it has to be.

The staff remembered our preferences and special attention was given to our little one same like our last stay. Gopal the manager ensured that our entire group is looked after well and was around always whenever required.

Well done team and keep it up.

We did a conference work in indana palace so far the experience is bad where the staff is also behaving badly and if you order a tea in your room you have to come down first and pay for the tea then the tea Will come to your room. And the small front office staff of the hotel was also talking rudely.
Even the leader of the conference who were staying in one of their villas, when they asked for food in their room, they were told that first you pay, then the food will come.
And when we all were checking out in the evening and wanted to make payment, at that time when we told to call some senior, we want to share our complaint with him, no one came to meet us there one of their manager named Sukanta Sahoo When he came to meet us, we told him that we faced so many problems and no one helped us, so he himself said from his own mouth that our hotel is already bad, you pay us, we are bad and go on
And our clients were from Multilevel Marketing Company, whom the hotel staff was looking at with hatred and behaving badly, even our hotel banquet had equipments worth about 60 lakh rupees, still the hotel staff for payment Locked the luggage of 300 business partners of the client and they were directly told that your leader has not paid yet so we are confiscating the luggage

And the music which was playing in the lobby continued to play in the banquet hall throughout the day during the conference, due to which there was a lot of interference in the conference.
