Close to highway and the town but very quiet location with welcoming hosts, great breakfast, lovely grounds, a beautiful house and the river flowing past. A great place to spend and evening or two! Great Innkeepers and really pleasant surroundings. Morton House is truly a pleasure to review!

We had a lovely stay at Morton House. The owners are very personable and welcoming and the house and property are stunning. Home is filled with antiques and the property is well kept and a lovely place to escape to! The breakfast was delicious and more than we expected with: fresh fruit, yogurt, homemade muffins and smoked salmon benedict!

Fantastic place the view of the river, it was so easy to get around to all the places I needed to get to. Liverpool is a stunning little town, it's beautiful. Close to everything you want to see and visit lots of museums in the area.

A lovely old home that has been thoughtfully restored. The hosts are very welcoming. Wiley and James, their two dogs, are well behaved and gracious hosts and respect their guests privacy. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the gardens and view of the river very restorative. Reasonably priced.

Martin and Myles are tremendous hosts who welcome you into their 1862 Inn decorated in period appropriate furniture with stunning garden and a view of the river in front. Their delicious breakfasts and hospitality make you feel at home. Lots of knowledge about local attractions and restaurants. This is my 11th visit!

Martin, one of the owners, did a great job of making me feel welcome. Breakfast is served at 8:30 am each morning and it was quite...

And then there are the hosts, who are so well informed. And then there is the breakfast - fabulous eggs benny. This b & b could...

A very nicely cared for old house. The owner was absolutely wonderful to us. He made us a great Eggs Benedict breakfast. The front porch overlooked a river and all was very peaceful. We expressed interest in the history of the place and he had a treasure trove of information. My only issue was that the bed was a tad...
