Fantastic accommodation. Loved the welcome and friendliness of Linda. Our room was changed to one at the other end of the B&B due to the fact we were going out so early in the morning to walk and photograph on the park with the deer so as we didn't disturb the other guests. Wonderful thinking there Linda! We were shown...

Just come back from a two nights stay at Horseshoe Cottage Farm. Lovely, quiet, comfortable room with everything you could possibly need all to hand. Linda and Tim Jee are excellent hosts who cannot do enough for their guests, excellent breakfast, beautifully cooked with a huge choice that would put a lot of upmarket hotels to shame. Lovely rural location...

Stayed here for one night whilst doing a photography trip and was very impressed with the place. Advanced communication by the owners was excellent and always prompt , very warm welcome into a fabulous barn conversion with a real traditional feel to the place. Rooms very nice with all the facilities you would expect and I would not hesitate to...

There is a saying "Perfection is a bore". In the case of this wonderful place it is certainly not true, for a more perfect place I have yet to stay in. Linda and Tim make sure that every one has everything they need from food (superb) to advice on where to go and what to do. The bedrooms, all different,...

This is a lovely B&B in a beautiful area. The rooms are in the farmhouse which is very nice and the gardens and the view is wonderful. Linda and her husband were great hosts and were very helpful arranging taxis for us. We were also allowed to check in early as we needed to freshen up for our daughter's uni...

I've just returned from a six night stay at the cottage. Linda & Tim have created a warm, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere there, something that you can't put a price on. It's literally them welcoming you into their home. Clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast and supper are splendid, not only on quality but also in quantity - and I do like...

Hosts Linda & Tim very helpful and friendly. Brilliant breakfast. I was there to play in the England Seniors Golf Championship and Linda provided very early breakfast when required for an early tee time. The location and house are beautiful ... some great villages, pubs and restaurants near by. Linda also provided tea and scones for us each afternoon :)

We are so glad you had a nice stay and although your result meant you didn't get that extra night with us hopefully, you will return and visit some of the other 5 or 6 good golf courses locally. Bring some pals and have a golfing weekend!

As with other guests I was welcomed warmly by Linda and Tim. The room I had was clean, tidy and very well equipped with a great shower. One drawback (or advantage) is the mobile signal is very poor but wifi excellent. I was presented with a very full plate of bacon, eggs, sausage, tomato, mushrooms and potatoes. It set me...

Thanks for your great review. It is said we should breakfast like a King or in our case a Queen considering Lady Jane Grey, the nine day queen grew up across the road in Bradgate Park. Your comments mean a lot to us and we thank you for them, please come back another time.

Our 2nd time at Horseshoe Cottage, this time with family (teenager's in tow). We all thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. Linda and Tim looked after us all as usual and it felt like a home from home. Fantastic, traditional country living in an amazing location. Tasty breakfast and clean rooms. We look forward to our next visit/stay. Jason/Helen.

This barn conversion oozes character, second only to the exceptionally warm welcome by Linda and Tim. On arrival I enjoyed fresh coffee and flapjack which was very much appreciated. Whilst Linda prepared a delicious dinner, I worked by the open log fire lit especially for me. The breakfast eggs were the best I have ever tasted - there's 'happy free...

It can be very lonely staying away from home for work, especially at the weekend and we try to lessen this by extending a warm welcome to all our guests. Our hens are currently pecking away round the garden ready to lay lots more eggs for brekkie. I am doing a marmalade course locally but maybe a bit far for...
