Nice location near to chania and platanias. It was clean and nice apartment. But if you want to relax in the bed after a long day just forget it. The bed is like stone. The bed is probly the worst you ever sleep in. If you can sleep ;)

We have just spent 11 nights in Zotis and loved every minute . The rooms are typical Greek basic with everything you need and nothing more . Very clean rooms with a small kitchen area that was fine for the 2 of us . Plenty of wardrobe space and a good A/C unit that was free to use . There...

I stayed there for 6 days and my experience was very good!!! Clean room, spacey and with excellent staff. The only disadvantage was that there was no Wifi connection in the room and that the pillows were very flat making me having trouble to get to sleep.

The hotel has a great location (near a fabulous beach ) and the rooms are spacious and bright. The best thing about the hotel is the owner who will do his utmost to help and give great tips about anything you care to know about Crete.

Good spot, near town and near beaches but impossible to sleep with the see through curtains and the sun in your eyes at 7am ! Wifi only outside reception. Noice all day and night from main street. The owner demanded all payment in advance from the moment we came, never happened to us before!

Zotis was very gentle and friendly. Helped us every day to take the correct buses. The hotel is very good, nice room with a small kitchen wich is nice. The bathroom is a little old, and not so comfortable. Very good location!

Very friendly and helpfull hotelkeepers. They helped us a lot for discovering the town and the island. Nice rooms with functional stuff. And the prices are really low. I want to go there again as soon as possible.

Great place to stay, better than expected actually! The studios provide all necessary equipment for the kitchen so you can prepare your own meals, as it's a self catering property, a mini fridge with a bottle of water, flat screen TV, hair dryer and generally all you may need. It was spotless clean, with every day service of basic things...

I stayed in this hotel in August 2009. Each room has own entrance, rooms are situated in small 2-floor buildings. Mr. Zotis is the owner and administrator of the hotel. Very nice and kind gentlemen. As I was unlucky injure my leg on the second day of vacation and had to spent two weeks with crutches, but he was very...
