Excellent place in lap of nature . Mr Sunil bhandari has been very nice , helping and gentle man.hotel food (veg) was excellent.cleanliness was well maintained. Hotel staff very cooperative and very prompt service. Overall I would say , value for money. Taxi fixed by the hotel was highlight of our tour. Driver omkar was so nice. Almost like a family member

If you want to visit Dharamshala with family, stay with Aaroham. Beautiful view, Awesome food and great staff. Service was awesome. I would definitely recommend staying here and enjoy the great hospitality. It's suitable for everyone who wants to enjoy the scenic view of the valley.

very close to mcleod gunj, which is market, nice rooms, beautiful view, good food.Visited with family. Everything Good. Smooth check-in helpful and courteous staff, may it be reception, room service or dining area. Location is super awesome. Peaceful overlooking the valley and the village. Away from the city rush. One of the most pathetic resorts that we have ever visited. The room that was given to us was just adjacent to the kitchen and all we got was chopping sound from morning 7 am to night 11 pm and smell of oven. Upon requesting them many times to change the room they declined saying they have no rooms , mind it we booked in a month advance. The washroom was super dirty and with water being clogged and dirty curtains. The pillows and bedsheet were torn and when we requested for change all we heard was"' this is all we have". Being a resort they would give you water in plastic bottle which was not being washed and cleaned for how long we don't know. The floor was all coming out and the corners were pointed and electric wring were coming out, due to which we got hurt too. Overall the most pathetic place to stay and would recommend none to stay. They charged 7000 for that where the room was not even worth of 1000 Rs. Pls don't stay there ever.…

We had booked 2 deluxe rooms at the resort but when checked in found the rooms to be I'll maintained and looked very old and worn out. Bathrooms and linen provided were not clean. The location was near Dal lake and the forest with pine tree was scenic.However the quality of rooms did not at all justify the price. We hoped to stay longer but could not due to the quality and had to move out. Also despite the low room standards ,when discussed , I was still asked to pay the full amount for the stay booked. Hope the corporate office takes care of these aspects and improve the overall quality.

Location is just average and far from Mcleod City. Distance may not bother if location is beautiful. Last 4 kms are Steep and narrow roads and need experienced driving skills. Taxi charge Rs 300 one way from Hotel to City. We booked room (7-Dec to 11-Dec), 2nd highest category available there, on higher building floor. Advance payment for room incl breakfast was done for 2 night. On check-in, they offered the room but it was stinking with cigerate smoke smell. We requested and luckey to get replacement room at lower floor. There we bring to their notice same day about non operative water Geyser. They tried to do repair but without electrician or any attendent with electrician skills. We had to survive 3 days requesting hot water bucket for bathing. Hotel's architecture is average in the sense it's rooms are noisy. You can hear noise from Restaurant adjoining Reception at Ground floor or other rooms even if your room is at other level. This doesn't give peaceful stay. On food front, either their kitchen is small or less number of serving staff, their service is slow, breakfast was not on available even at 915 am and they conveyed about 4-5 (out of total 11) rooms just check out. We have to wait for 20 minutes for something, but only satisfaction was hot food. We cut short our stay by 1night. Overall just an average and thus tarrif are overpriced and not sure if Aamod brand association to correct/improve it.…
