The resort is nestled amongst the tall forest trees and is away from the hum drum of the village-so peace and serenity dwell there. The rooms are luxurious and spacious and the decor so tasteful. The food is good but the best part is that even the buffet spread is delicious and well prepared. But this hotel stands apart ,not only because its infrastructure is new and grand but because of its friendly and hospitable staff. The boys in the dining room, be it the F and B Manager, or Ananta, and the rest of the boys, (wish I remembered the names)each one of them ensured that the guests are well looked after. They took efforts to please the guests and were attentive and polite. Hyatt Regency has done well to train its staff - I would like to revisit simply because I felt that the staff was courteous and hospitable. The team ,indeed is well led by the capable and pleasant Manager, Ms Utsa. A must visit. everything about this hotel is good - the building, the food, the grandeur, the spa and the staff.…

A new fashioned, stylish Resort surrounded by trees!! Indeed best place to stay in Dharamkot!! It is in true sense synonym to Beauty, Nature, Peace, Serenity, just soak in yourself with natural surrounding stirring your soul!! Awesomely located, the trail up & down the resort is in itself a beauty to behold & a good trek too!! Must stay place to experience whole of its Beauty & Serenity!! Comfortable thermally adept room help you stay warm & cozy in the winter days! The extended private sit out where you can just chill out at breakfast, lunch, dinner, soaking in sun or gazing the starry sky romanticizing your soul!!
