Horrible behavior from hotel reception during emergency. they said they are not here just for helping customer. I am surprised then what they are doing there. They do not inform customer for any changes in booking. Loud voice and miss behave looks they giving you room in free. I will prefer to stay on road instead booking this hotel.

The behave like you are booking their hotel in free. Worst behavior with customers. Seems like they work 8 hours and if you call them in night for any emergency then they denied to help you no matter in what condition you are. Also they lie so be careful.

Hotel Nest Dharmashala for their extrem bad behaviour and cancelling the booking from agoda without informing customer. Also do not allow them to enter hotel on midnight and force them to stay outside in cold night with their 7 years kids. after asking several request they allow but in return they hard several slang language

Great property in Dharmshala. very well kept and clean. Food was awesome and good . Staff also very helpful and pleasant staff . The hotel and rooms were properly sanitized . And I knew my stay was going to be perfect. The hotel location is also very good we can see the mountain View.

this hotel is run by local egoistic goons and if you want a risk to your life then go to this hotel. they do not provide any service and care only after themselves. when you complain about the service at front desk, there are no one but small kids who do not know anything about the hotel. Then when you try to escalate the issues they create issues with you and then extort money from you. Then threaten you with your life and that is exactly what happen with us. First out of 4 rooms only 3 rooms were ready when we reached the hotel and that was also after the check-in time. Then when the room was provided after couple of hours, the toilet was still dirty and no water coming in the taps. When we complained, the kids at front desk denied all of this in front of their boss. The boss which is some sort of local goon came only after we complained on MMT about the issues when no water came in other rooms also. when we returned from market later in evening they made claims on us that we left the tap open and coz of it there is no water and demanded 5000 for wasting water. This was complete nonsense from them and had no point of argument. it just because we complained on MMT they threaten us. Hence if you do not wish to risk your life do not go to this hotel, they do not provide many basic things and which they do are all dirty like towels, bed lenin, glass and cups. there are other hotels next to this which offer better view without any risk. Just to add, there were other ppls clothes in the room which makes is clear that they do not clean the rooms before handing over the keys.…

I went with a couple of my friends for a weekend stay. The rooms were very clean, well appointed and big. Clean toilets, though small. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was very good. Though we had only vegetarian food, so can't say anything about non veg. The view from mountain facing rooms is unexplainable. It's so beautiful that the room is hardly used. The only sour point is the location. It's a little difficult to reach. But once you are there, you won't find anything to complain.
