Very nice hotel with excellent service, will recommend to go to this hotel, quick service with excellent staff, quick room service, excellent food, quick transportation ,will recommend everyone to go to this hotel
Stayed for 4 nights in the first week of this month. We had opted for two rooms as we were two families. The terrible: 1. Terrible service, especially from the kitchen staff. We had complimentary breakfast only on two days of our four day stay. The options are limited, although the food was good. The annoying part was that on the first day, they flatly refused to provide breakfast unless all 6 of us from both rooms came together. It was not like we were each going individually for breakfast at separate times. One family had gone together, and had ordered 3 plates of the same dish for us, and nothing else. But the kitchen staff refused to serve us, saying that since it was 6 people on one booking, all 6 had to come at the same time. Had to raise a ruckus, and speak to the manager and the owner , before being able to get some breakfast. They apologised profusely and promised it won't happen again. However, on day 2, my brother's family went for breakfast earlier, and each of them ordered different dishes from the choices available. Again this time the kitchen staff declined it, saying that all 3 had to order the same stuff. I am not sure what sort of hotel has this type of rule. There was no discount for booking two rooms together. Even if there was, I don't think any hotel stresses on Still, for the sake of their own convenience, they were vehement in not serving us. This in spite of only choosing from their limited spread available. This left a very bad taste in our mouths, even though the rooms are good. The good: 1. Rooms were clean, neat, and spacious. 2. Located at about 10 mins walkable distance from the main chowk, so it was away from the tourist traffic, yet convenient. 3. Located at a vantage point with excellent views of the mountains and Bhagsu falls. I would still absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this hotel, unless they improve on the service part.…
Being a woman one thing I would love mentioning is it's a very SAFE place to stay in if you are travelling solo. Staffs were very communicative and hospitable with top notch service throughout the stay. They take their hygiene very seriously. The rooms are very spacious and have amazing view which is a bonus. I would even visit the place just to stay there. :D
Nice staff behavior! Clean rooms with nice ambience around really a go go for couples, friends and family had great experience do try out the food at this place it's awesome! Will surely recommend this place for stays ! ♥️😋😋
I went to this place with my friends.we were greeted warmly by the staff through every queries. We enjoyed alot specially the ambience. The value was excellent compared to other prices and found good atmosphere during our stay.
View is the best part of this hotel...would suggest to others because this hotel has combo of all like pocket friendly stay, helpfull staff, safety(most important).... guys go ahead and try this hotel for owsm stay!!
This place is truly a masterpiece right amidst the heart of nature with all the amenities you'd ever want while on vacay with your loved one/ones. Very cordial staffs. Loved it. Would recommend everyone.
The hotel is overall average. The location is a little isolated. It is located fairly away from Mcleod and closer to Bhagsu. One either needs to walk up a steep trail or hire a car to reach the hotel everytime they plan on leaving the room. Taking one'e own car up and down isn't easy either. Nevertheless, the view is good and the place is much more peaceful for being away from the commotion of Mecleod.
Visited in Feb 2019 when the weather was pretty cold Pros: + A good value for money budget hotel with decent rooms and nice views from all the rooms + Good tasty food served in-house + Helpful and co-operative staff Cons: - Far from the market but close to Bhagsunag temple - Need to climb a steep road to reach the hotel. Difficult for children and elderly people - Some of the rooms need maintenance. TV wasn't working during our entire stay It's recommended to take a cab from McLeodganj market to the hotel (Rs 150) if you are carrying luggage. Overall, a good peaceful stay enjoying the nature's feast.
Very soothing and excellent hospitality. Rooms are well maintained. Staff is trained. Good food available. Seems decent enough. Would highly recommend to stay here as because of the food available. Delicious..
