We were party of 6 and stayed at Prainha , Goa for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. their restaurant managed by F&B service was excellent. during our stay we tried almost every dish on the menu and they all tasted delicious. staff was very friends and helpful. resort staff including room service and front desk were friendly. over all we had a wonderful experience and would look forward to stay here again!

Poor & pathetic service. Rude reception staff. Mr Nandigopal at the reception was the most rude & non adjusting. Rigid rules not in sync with industry standards. No toiletries, no hair dryer. Poor housekeeping

2nd visit in two years as I love this property I love it's vibes but don't expect any service. There is no security on the so called beach attached to the property even if stray dogs run behind you you have to save yourself . No body greets you in the premises nor they are eager to provide any service. Food is over the head.prices are higher then any 5 star resort plus they will close the kitchen at 10:45 not even asking for last order . Overall if u wanna go just go for the Goan vibes of the place and don't expect anything else.

We had booked ourselves into the highly rated O’Pescador only to be told by them at check in that our Harbour Room was not available and they had to move us next door here, in hindsight am glad we moved here. This place was far newer and definitely better maintained than the previous one. Everything worked properly and overall a comfortable stay.

A fantastic setting,and a beautiful Hotel with lovely people running it,who totally understand the concept of customer care. We stayed here for a night... we attended a wedding here... the place is spread out with beautiful cottages everyone... our cottage was overlooking the pool and the sea... food and service was good... check in and check out procedures were quick... staff are friendly and helpful... we have to climb up and down everywhere.... otherwise good place to stay

I had been in the resort during Diwali for 3 nights...I would 1st like to say this resort is a treasure trove...I was travelling with my daughter...wanted to stay at some place centrally located yet away from the hue and cry ....so after I reached I realized I dint make a mistake..the Dian Paula jetty is just at a stone throw distance...the cottage rooms are just wow..speactacular and clean with all amenities...the resturant...Beachcomber ....serves dishes that will satisfy your taste buds to the fullest .....the beach ...is just perfect for a swim..clean clear sparkling water...the water is what matters the most ...the pool is nice with enough vigilance ...whatmore does one need??? The only aspect lopsided was their travel desk...they don't have one ...they arrange for it...however their third party is very very poor ...I would like to mention Franco the car driver...I really had a very hard time with him...he pretends to be friendly but he just like Skylock ...find a way to cut through into you and rip you off by some illogical arguments....he was the worst and most bitter part of the stay.…

I tried to book Prainha for my stay but it was sold out during that time. I booked our stay in Cidade de Goa. However, I ensured that we visit Prainha for dinner or lunch. The restaurant was scenic and on a beautiful private beach adjacent to O pescador. It is located on the Dona Paula jetty that has great opportunity for street shopping. The ambience was perfect. The staff were very goo. Menu offered was amazing. The food was very tasty. They made vegetable for my kids in their expected pattern ((- Mr Edrich D'mello who is the manager of the restaurant was very friendly and took a very personal care of all of us. Rahman is also a nice staff. On the whole, for everyone visiting Goa, visit to this restaurant is highly recommended. Please call them before you reach to check for availablity.…

Prainha Resort is a gem of a boutique hotel tucked away amidst lava rocks and abundant foliage. Do ask for a sea view room in the old wing. The rooms are spacious ( we had C11 & C12 ) with private lawns on balconies that overlook a spectacular view of the sea. The restaurant and its chef Peter ( F & B Manager E A D' Mello ) produce a delicious menu . We did not have a meal that was not exceptional. The staff are helpful and courteous. So what is the downside ? No Beach and no WiFi in the room.

Clean, tidy well decorated and maintained restaurant by the Dias beach and swimming pool. Safe for kids. Me and my daughter ordered pomfret dawa fry and bloody mary for myself and a special prainha mocktail for the little girl. Drinks were amazing, special thanks to Tarun and team.
