I've official booking of 3 days and got horrible experience i ever had staying in all other Ginger hotels across region. My luxury room booking has all meals included however on showing the confirmation still entire staff denied and only breakfast was given as complimentary and superior room to stay instead of luxury Further when i had breakfast on day 1, I thank them for not allowing complimentary dinner. I could enjoy local food from cafe near Miramar beach. Food preparation of Ginger, Dona Paula as such worst that no one can imagine Entire food was cold, No option in breakfast and they served only Poha and Idli and limited qty of Juice Idli was such baked, I could not cut it by using spoon and even fork. Cook had no answer to this.... So guys, Goa has lot better hotels.. dont opt just by looking at Ginger brand.. it's operated by local with no experience.. so No Ginger Dona Paula please...!…

We had a very comfortable stay of 2 days. Pritam at the Front Desk was very helpful. Manish at F and B, went out of his way to cook food to our liking and taste, which added to the comfor of our stay. Good experience at Ginger Dona Paula

The Hotel has good quality rooms. Stay is great with all amenities. Person at reception (Aknur) welcomed us well and was informative about places to roam at Goa & helped us arranging vehicle Overall stay was great

Excellent service, very clean and comfortable rooms. The food was very tasty, especially the prawns masala fry suggested by Manish - restaurant manager. His service is very accomodating and he is very knowledgeable about the food. I was very impressed with the direct involvement of the Hotel manager - Fernando- who made sure I was well looked after, who also arranged a tour of the Old Goa UNESCO churches and the trip to the airport. The hotel pool is fantastic, very clean and there is a nice relaxation area.

A truly amazing experience! A well located and comfortable hotel. The staff are very efficient and the GM is very proactive! We enjoyed our family holiday and will surely visit again. The beach is very close by and so is a department store and this makes it very convenient
