Having used this Hotel as an ideal break in the drive from Germany to England for the past 30 years, I was extremely disappointed this year to find the Hotel closed on the 31st December to all except Hotel guests. We always have a coffee and soup from the all-day buffet, but weren't even allowed in to use the toilets....

I will start by saying that I didn't choose this hotel to spend the New Years Eve, it was chosen by my company. As a Tour Leader I have traveled a lot but never encountered such a behavior of hotel staff that probably never heard or learned the full meaning of the word HOSPITALITY. Closing all facilities on New Years...

We have recently stayed here (August bank holiday) using it a base to to attend a local event. Location wise for us was spot on. The hotel can provide all that is required regarding breakfast, lunch, evening meal, but we chose to take a small trip into the local village of Sevenum for our evening meals, and we can recommend...

Restaurants, bar areas and outdoor terraces are lovely. It's all a bit pricey but you expect that. Room was comfortable but basic. No tea making facilities, no hairdryer, no plug near a mirror, no air con. Can only open one window a few inches. And this is not a cheap hotel! 5 km from nearest town (Severnum) and 20 km...

Adequate for our needs. we're a group of ladies travelling to see Andre Rieu. Hotel good, clean and had everything we needed. Had to request a hairdryer from reception. Seemed to be a bit lacking with the amount of staff. Hotel breakfast a bit chaotic although a continental breakfast had 2 hot choices and selection of cold.

Yes, the Netherlands are square - somewhat. And fair - mostly. So is this hotel. And friendly - also like Holland. Slept and ate well. Flexible check-out time made my day. I needed to finish a report before leaving and could stay the whole day for a modest cost. Can recommend it.

Location just off-road the highway A67, close to German and Belgian borders. Near the highway but noisy was audible but not so irritant. We had opened the window in the night but had good sleep. Room is good size facing the parking and refreshing green field. Bath room is ok. Ground floor is wide enough for all the dining and...

Lovely hotel, staff couldn't be friendlier and room was pleasant, clean and comfortable and the food was good. However it was a hot day and with no a/c i needed to open the window, but situated next to to motorway meant this was too noisy, so either way I couldn't sleep. If you're used to road noise or the weather's...

That was choose by my insurance while my car broke down in Netherlands. I can't complain at all. Very quiet, clean and friendly atmosphere. I definitely would come back here. Food is great. The only thing I would change is to put bigger cups for a coffee.
