Here is a acient Persian garden ecolog. We stay one night there in spring. The venue and staff are good, shared WC and bath are acceptable but rooms need to better cleaning. This venue is sutable for walking inside garden in a silent space. I recommended to stay there and visit ChaleSonbak and Oeii underground city.
Our first guest house that we visited in Iran was Mr Shaker's. That was on 31th of December, the last day in 2018., and we couldn't imagine to spend that night other way. Mr Shaker made a campfire for us, bring us hot tea and we enjoyed under the stars. Mr Shaker is great host and he prepared very nice and clean room for us, with warm and cosy „corsi“, dinner with camel meat and breakfast with fresh eggs... The guest house has a very big garden and we think is a perfect place for stay and specialy during summer nights.
I stayed 1 night at RagRug hostel with my family. The place is lovely. Rooms are clean and warm, breakfast and dinner were tasty and the host is really helpful and friendly. I fully recommend this place to everyone:)
It is located outside of Kashan and near of Maranjab desert therefore very quiet and peaceful. If you are tired of staying in cities, give this place a try.I been there for Learning Tour with my classmates and Professors!
Great place to stay if you agree with sleeping on the carpeted floor with blankets. Location is an old kind of caravanserei, the over 350 yrs old watchtower was nearby a siderroad from the silk route. The owner, Mr. Ali Shaker renovated the clay walls and wind towers very beautiful, it has a huge garden with chicken, cats and ducks. Lovely seating on traditional bedsoutside. We slept 2 nights in one of the big rooms with lovely windows to the courtyard with 5 persons (3 kids) and felt very comfortable. Bring your own sleeping bag or you can sleep on the floor on blankets. The total house has 2 big rooms (sleeps up to 8 I guess) to the courtyard, 2 smaller ones (sleeps 6) and 2 really great round rooms in the watchtower (feels comfortable up to 4 I guess). At the moment (the house opened last year for guest) it has only 1 shared wahroom at the tower with 2 Iranian toilets and 1 French one and one shower. It was clean, so it was completely OK for us. Mr. Ali wants to install more washrooms in the near future. We paid 60 euros for the room per night. Fresh prepared breakfast with organic vegetables, eggs and fresh milk from neighbour's cow was included. He gave us family made lunch and dinner which was organic and very yummie! Mr. Ali organized a wonderful half day trip to the desert in a 4 wd with a very nice local man, you was very kind although he couldn't speak much English he explained everything we saw and he organized melon, tea and sweets in the desert (even on Ramazan) After dune bashing we saw some camels, got some tea at a dune an finally we saw the fascinating great salt lake, where we had some salty experiences. We came here by rental car after we spend 3 days in buisy Tehran and we really like the quietness and sounds of nature and the surrounding. Mr. Ali offers also pick up from Kashan if needed. I really high recommend Shaker Garden if you need some nature around you after the huzzle and duzzle of the cities and if you want enjoy real and traditional Iranian hospitality. Special wonderful loctation especially by night when the wind towers and fountain are illuminated.…
If you are tired of staying in cities, give this place a try. Ali, the owner, is great. He gave us a lift from Kashan and he always make sure you are having a good time here. We stayed at the top floor of the tower which is great for stargazing at night. The food is homemade and delicious. We had the chance to try the local cheese and camel meat eaten in the traditional way. Yummy! If you want to visit Kashan, stay in his place for the evening and night. You won't regret it.
We had one spare night in Kashan so we decided to go for something special. Shaker was recommended to us by a couple who stayed there before and the idea of sleeping in an old tower was so tempting we decided to give it a go! The owner mr Ali (used to be an English teacher so his English was excellent) is a wonderful person willing to go an extra mile for you and the place is really marvellous. We met his family and friends and was lucky enough to go to the desert with him. It will definitely be one of the best memories from our trip!
This Place is just amazing. Its a little bit outside from Kashan, near the desert entrance and in a very calm area. The breakfast was very delicious. Unfortunatly there was no wifi and the toilet was a little bit far from the room. But all in all its a Place that i can really recommend.
If you want to experience a real Iranian style accomendation you are completely right here. The tower within the complex is amazing! It is located outside of Kashan and therefore very quiet and peacful. There was no wifi when we were there.
We went on this house during our trip in Iran, we were 4 french girls and it was perfect! The food was delicious, and the place is in the middle of nature, very calm but close to Kashan, which is perfect if you want to visit the city during the day. M. Shaker is a very nice host, and make you feel confortable. He renovated the entire buiding by himself and he loves this house. He can explain you all the story of the place! Perfect night, in a perfect place!
