Very Good Phone Welcome and Trip Tip shortly before our arrival. We have booked a half board stay for 1 Adult + 1 teen of 14 years and 1 Adult + 1 child of 8 years.
This continued the day of our arrival and throughout the stay.
Very good reception and explanations by the staff whether on arrival or to book excursions proposed.
They managed to assign us a connecting room while we booked last minute before our arrival 👍.
Spacious room with balcony.
Correct restoration.
Get back on track. We saw it at breakfast despite the world (Harrys brioche or baker fresh bread very good white or seeds, etc)
Evening dining also correct with choice.
The choice of restaurants is wide, there is something for everyone.
Accessible and large pool, not on top of each other. We enjoyed it throughout our stay at the end of the day.
Possibility to book a half hour sauna slot for yourself for 10€.
One plus, for the suggestion of Things to do: the sunset at the lighthouse of the Curve. The tour is in a small group with Guide. Very nice time.
Loan of equipment to practice the Club's Sports Things to do, ticketing for the La Palmyre Zoo, possibility to rent bicycles.
Holiday village close to the city.
The staff is friendly and friendly.
We are conquered by this first stay at Azureva.
We'll probably come back to Ronce Les Bains.

The most positive points: the place and the facilitators. It's well located, not too many people, the indoor swimming pool is great and when the weather is nice it's open. The entertainers are there for everyone: for young and old, numerous activities: festive, culinary, sporting. All with a smile and good humor. These people are there to make sure you have a good vacation. The lifeguard also offers swimming lessons and it’s very good. The catering is also very good. For collective catering it is rather good quality. You will sometimes be lucky to have seafood, a variety of cheeses, good fruits (sometimes even passion fruit, pomegranates, mangoes, etc.), fish cooked a la plancha, and well-made classics: couscous. , 7am lamb, mussels, etc. The rooms have been recently renovated. It's clean but 2-3 things were missing. Already in terms of security there was no barrier at the top of the mezzanine, especially since the staircase is steep. It was fixed a few days later. In terms of privacy, there was no curtain on the French window, although there was a lot of traffic in front of our terrace. It was fixed more than a week later. What is annoying is that reception tells us every day that it will be resolved during the day. More realistic communication is welcome if deadlines cannot be shorter. Overall it was an excellent vacation. We usually prefer to go to different places each time but we plan to return.

The site is great, pine trees in nature, everything for a good vacation. On the other hand, the restaurant quality declines every year. No fresh regional products like Charente melon, twice in 15 days, the buffet of industrial salads. The restaurant is open from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. if you are unfortunate enough to arrive at 12:50 p.m. the main dishes are out of stock. Last year there was plancha every day and this year once in a while. Prices have increased this year but the full board service is not there. I also noticed that there were fewer staff due to economics, I think. Cocktail prices have also increased. We understand that unfortunately Azureva today is just about yield, quantity but not quality. Summer vacation is once a year and we would like them to be unforgettable but in a good way. Start building customer loyalty again because there are a lot of negative reviews there. On the other hand, thank you to the teams, especially "the small staff" for keeping up appearances and for bringing balm to our hearts with your smiles, without you Azureva would just be a soulless business.

I would have liked to tell about my vacation experience, unfortunately I cannot...
In fact, I didn't have time to book my stay.
I received a call on February 27/02 telling me that my week had been accepted and that a deposit must be paid for this. I called them back in the evening to confirm that I had booked, and I was told that I would receive an email with a link for payment. I receive this email where it is indicated that I have 72 hours upon receipt of said email to reserve my stay (implied to make a payment of a minimum of €100) and in this email appears the reservation contract which indicates to me the amount of the deposit which must be paid within one week...
What a surprise to see that on 02/29, when I was going to make my payment, the link to access the payment no longer works... I called them and they told me that I had until 02/27 7 p.m. to make a payment of at least €100 otherwise the reservation would go to someone else. You should know that I confirmed on the phone at 6:30 p.m. that I was taking the reservation and that I was clearly told that I had one week to pay the deposit.
I will no longer go through them, since the important thing with them is not the customer but to sell their vacation weeks at all costs, especially since the contracts and emails they send are of no use since they are incapable of respecting what is written within.
Good luck to those who have problems with them, no matter you will always be at fault.

We returned to this club after 6 years with our children aged 14 and 9. The rooms were tastefully renovated and we found everything we liked!
idyllic and very clean, area so vast that we do not have the Impression of walking on each other including at the pool, very varied catering, various salads, several choices of main dishes, desserts, fruits .. a big thank you to the entertainment team of children and teens clubs with 2 continuous days including an outdoor outing.
Evening shows were also of high quality!
Perhaps the best Azureva club! You can book with your eyes closed!

great stay for 10 days. a big thank you for the welcome we were welcomed by Jean Kévin who is always very smiling and very pleasant, a happiness. In terms of catering what to say if not perfect. Buffet always very varied and very tasty. congratulations to sacha for perfectly managing this restaurant. In terms of accommodation very good bedding and room of very nice dimensions. The animation team gives a little nod to elodie.

Very disappointed with the catering, the evening meal at will but only 2 choices for the dishes and 2 accompaniments. Only the starters have a choice.
The children's menu, burger and fries, great when the children like it but when they don't it's complicated because there's nothing else to offer.
And for dessert 3 choices not very complete either

On the negative side, the only thing missing was air conditioning in the rooms and we went on a very hot week.
The very pleasant facilitators, in a real relationship.
Simple and good meals, a large choice of starters.
A very pleasant swimming pool

A great stay in a beautiful setting, quiet and comfortable.
An effort to make nevertheless to be able to find his accommodation more easily on arrival, we were several to turn some time.
Welcome, staff, service, services at the top.
A big bravo to the cook who did his utmost to offer us good dishes.
In the end, very satisfied
