The site is great, pine trees in nature, everything for a good vacation. On the other hand, the restaurant quality declines every year. No fresh regional products like Charente melon, twice in 15 days, the buffet of industrial salads. The restaurant is open from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. if you are unfortunate enough to arrive at 12:50 p.m. the main dishes are out of stock. Last year there was plancha every day and this year once in a while. Prices have increased this year but the full board service is not there. I also noticed that there were fewer staff due to economics, I think. Cocktail prices have also increased. We understand that unfortunately Azureva today is just about yield, quantity but not quality. Summer vacation is once a year and we would like them to be unforgettable but in a good way. I received a call on February 27/02 telling me that my week had been accepted and that a deposit must be paid for this. I called them back in the evening to confirm that I had booked, and I was told that I would receive an email with a link for payment. I receive this email where it is indicated that I have 72 hours upon receipt of said email to reserve my stay (implied to make a payment of a minimum of €100) and in this email appears the reservation contract which indicates to me the amount of the deposit which must be paid within one week... What a surprise to see that on 02/29, when I was going to make my payment, the link to access the payment no longer works... I called them and they told me that I had until 02/27 7 p.m. to make a payment of at least €100 otherwise the reservation would go to someone else. You should know that I confirmed on the phone at 6:30 p.m. that I was taking the reservation and that I was clearly told that I had one week to pay the deposit.

We returned to this club after 6 years with our children aged 14 and 9. The rooms were tastefully renovated and we found everything we liked! idyllic and very clean, area so vast that we do not have the Impression of walking on each other including at the pool, very varied catering, various salads, several choices of main dishes, desserts, fruits .. a big thank you to the entertainment team of children and teens clubs with 2 continuous days including an outdoor outing.
