Stayed here for a few days to visit Disneyland. In General a good place to be, food is good and service is friendly. The one and only thing why you shouldn‘t come here or bring a big lock for your bags: some of your clothes may disappeare. We had a bag with dirty clothes and a nice jogging suit jacket my son (in our bag!) Both gone!!!

Well, the room itself is good. But my money had been taken 2 times, and I am still waiting for a refund. The bathroom was also a bit broken. And the water pressure not so good. We chose this hotel because we spent the day in Disneyland Paris. The location is good, only 20 min drive. We did not take the breakfast as I am vegan. There is no option for vegan.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. We requested a double bed and got two single beds pushed together with two separate blankets. The connecting door to the neighboring room has no lock on it. The bathroom door doesn't stay closed, it has no luck and hangs open no matter what you do. There is no rubbish bin at all. There is old food smashed on the floor of the lift and no one has bothered to clean it up. This place is not even worth the cheap price 😩

Starting with the few positives the hotel is inexpensive, clean and the showers were great. However, the rooms are very small and basic and there’s no kettle. We had been up since 4.30am and travelled all day and all we wanted to do when we arrived around 6pm was to have a quick dinner at the hotel and go to bed. We were told that the restaurant was shut because the hotel was quiet. There are no other restaurants nearby as it’s on an industrial estate. We found one on google not too far away to drive to but when we got there it was also closed. We settled for Pizza Hut and went to bed. All night we could hear a loud buzzing noise every few minutes. It sounded like the door buzzer for an apartment. Another guest knocked on our door after we had gone to bed and other guests were shouting to each other in the corridors at various times. Then the people in the adjoining room came back after 11 and it sounded like they were in the same room. We could hear them showering, drying their hair, etc., until after midnight. There was red mould on the roof of the bathroom, I think it was because the bathroom fan didn’t seem to work. There was also only 2 towels in total between 3 of us for drying hands and showering. We had received an email before our stay saying breakfast was free, when we checked in we were told it wasn’t included but in the morning we were told it was. That was another small positive but overall we didn’t enjoy our stay. We have another Ibis hotel near Paris booked for this evening and we are not looking forward to it at all.

We booked this Ibis hotel based on a website search I normally use. Booking the hotel was based on proximity to Disneyland Paris and room bookings. Close to Disneyland Paris and convenient for us as we were driving too. We booked a double bedroom with a single bed and also asked for a cot to be added. On arrival we were told we had booked a double bed with a cot. This was really not what we had booked. Fortunately there was two adjacent rooms which we booked another room. Both double bedrooms were very small. We could barely fit a cot in the other. Bathrooms were the smallest I have ever lived in since University. Breakfast was really good with Continental breakfast. You can make your own boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. There is ample parking but the hotel is located in an industrial area with motorway A104 nearby. Because of the size of the rooms, we will not be returning. However, we will be returning to Disneyland Paris again soon.

Comfortable room in quiet area. Bar didn't except cards at night, only cash. Had to go to bar for water or cokes and it was never stocked and hard to get service. Front desk service was also lacking. Breakfast was ok. Super small elevator with room for one person and luggage.

Absolutely outrageous...the way the staff talk to their paying customers is disgusting. The breakfast each morning was a joke..that's if the staff could be bothered to get you the appropriate kitchen ware This hotel is right out in the sticks no restaurants around at all nearby..people gain weight when they go on holiday well we've actually lost weight. Don't waste your money or time! I don't think the staff are that fussed if they lose their job or not! Ibis hotels I would never entertain again! The first and last time I'll enter one!

We put a group to Ibis Marne La Vallee Emerainville & we had a very terrible experience. Whole group stayed at 3rd floor without lift service (average 60 - 80 years old) & there was no portage service either. Initially they said will ask 3 people to help but at the end only one man was there but that man said I have to look after reception could not help thus eventually elderly have to bring their own baggage up to their room. Next day morning, everyone happily coming down for breakfast and another nightmare happened. They have been told to have breakfast at a room which did not have food then our tour leader asked staff for help but no one help or not even care about them. No choice we decided to ask all our clients to join FIT breakfast. Manager Melanie is very rude, racism & discrimination. Staff at the FIT restaurant only bring food for FIT guess and ignore our clients. They said our clients scare away their FIT clients. Melanie shout at our group and she said we don't want your group in my hotel, get out. They are terrible!

I use ibis regularly and never have any issues. However, where there are rooms with a connecting door, as we had for our stay at Emerainville our neighbours sounded like they were in our room, so poor is the sound insulation through the doors We could hear the colour of the gentleman's socks as he prepared for dinner, and how many sprays of perfume his partner used On their return, we thought they had come into the wrong roomCompletely unacceptableIn addition there was a problem with the hot water - none until the morning, when it was fine. A forgivable technical issue - the total lack of sound privacy is not, and should be fixed
