Nestled in a lovely large park by the Marne, this submerge/restaurant is worth a stop. Our dinner choices were adequate and fairly interesting. An entree of curried shrimp was creatively presented. The main course of halibut in papillote was nicely prepared and served with simple rice. It lacked a touch of vegetable as Chinese cabbage under fish was barely visible....

We stayed here a week ago on our way down to Italy. We have stayed here many times. It's a perfect stop over. Rooms are small but comfortable and well designed. We always sleep well here. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The gardens are lovely and we enjoy sitting outside with a glass of champagne when we arrive after an early...

Close to the main route 3 hours and 20 minutes drive from Calais. Ample parking. Attractive garden. Particularly nice food. 3 course menus for €24 or €34 and 4 courses for €45. A la carte and wine by the glass if preferred. Large tiled floor dining-room unfortunately lacks intimacy. Modern bedrooms (€76) with French station tv, complementary water. Wifi. Well...

The hotel is an impressive well lit building in well cared for grounds. Disappointingly our room was in a basic annexe, with hard beds and poorly maintained, minuscule shower room . We changed rooms because the shower head would not stay erect, only to find the same fault . The lady owner served us at dinner and was charming. The food...

Very good Logis de France. Charming building in beautiful park. Quiet. Nice terrace. Sufficient parking. Ideal for a stop over but also for a longer stay. Very friendly and professional staff. Good restaurant with ample choice. Surrounding area (small rural village) rather dull.

Lovely building in beautiful grounds. Sadly the gardens were in better condition than some of the bathroom fittings which were holding on by a thread. But the bath was big ( a rare treat in France) and all was clean and well presented. Food in the restaurant was very good indeed. Duck and scallops to name but two highlights. All...

What an excellent evening. Started with the most friendly and professional welcome, very pleasant room, and an excellent meal . Good selection, beautifully presented and excellently serviced on the terrace. The dinning room looked great, but the wonderful evening temp. Allowed all to eat out. Beds very comfortable great nights sleep. Passing this way do not stop anywhere else, worth...

Basic room - which suits us as we travel with our two dogs - but at a basic price There is, however, nothing basic about the food, which is excellent, and the intelligent and ungreedily priced wine-list is a joy. Very friendly owners who tolerate my rather poor attempts at French. We are trying to find a way we can...

We have stayed at this hotel en route several times, and have always enjoyed the friendly welcome and hospitality. Rooms in the main building are clean and with super comfortable beds, evening meals are excellent and self service breakfast fine. Plentiful safe parking and nice gardens, in a quiet location, although next to a road with some early morning traffic...
