It's very good hotel, the only disadvantege is weak Wi-Fi signal and very poor packed lunch.I would expect different food for taking away as roll or twirl with small box butter, honey, nutella or marmalade, a piece of cheese etc. Apple, kiwi, peach or pear not orange which is hard to peel without knife, bigger bottle of water or may... Just come back from a long weekend at this lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived at check-in all the staff were most welcoming and friendly, especially the man who took our luggage to the room and showed us how everything worked. The room itself was very clean with tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and well stocked bathroom. The French windows... More

What a total disaster this was. I am a very bubbly person and like to talk to people and have a bit of fun. You wont get that here. The only happy staff are the animation team always full of fun and get children joining into all sorts. If you a couple traveling on your own this hotel is not... More

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Felt sorry for some of the staff as they haven't been paid since July hence some had an understandable bad attitude. This hotel is not in my opinion 4 star more like a poor 2 star. The only saving grace was that the room was nice and the food ok. I would never... More

Very nice room with see view, perfect food for every taste, friendly service. Only problem - rocky sea.But walk 100m to the left and you can swim, the water in october +25! Next to the hotel travel agency Sparrow travel - use their services, quality excursions and not expensive.

Well, the hotel itself has a lot of pros and cons to be honest. First of all,it is overpriced. They offer you a nice service, but it's not something outstanding. Here you will find a list of bad and good features. Cons: -you don't feel secure, they don't have a hotel gate or security who checks the people who are... More

Read so many negative reviews about overbooking I visited Thomas Cook and they assured me everything would be fine as they had received no notification of this and that it would probably be clients who book through a third party. I was still a little apprehensive when we checked in however all was OK. When we were leaving (4/10) there... More
