Stayed here for the second time, and it didn't disappoint. I am a coeliac and having spent a week in the south of France struggling to find anyone that understands this, let alone anything decent to eat, this came up trumps again.
We ate in the restaurant and the maitre'd explained which meals they could adapt for me. Which included starters, main courses and deserts. Bread was wrapped to avoid contamination even did me a special pre dinner aperitif.
Absolutely fantastic.
My husbands meal( a non coeliac) was equally good.

I spent one night in this hotel which is in an exotic setting. The car park offers several charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles. The welcome is friendly. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast included in the room price is well stocked with sweet and savory options.

Very pleasant hotel close to the motorway. Extremely friendly staff, both at reception, room staff and at breakfast. The room exceeded our expectations. It is very comfortably furnished.
Coffee and tea making facilities in the room.
Fairly large swimming pool that we did not use. The salon is also beautifully decorated with bold colors but the whole has a very luxurious appearance. We greatly appreciated the presence of water and syrup in one of the rooms.
The breakfast also gets a 10 out of 10 from us. The fact that you can have breakfast outside in the green when the weather is good is also a plus.
In short, excellent price-quality ratio

We were returning from Brittany and booked an overnight stay at the Ibis Styles Dijon with half board. The hotel is quite new and made a good impression on the Internet.
At the reception I got a voucher for a welcome drink due to my status as an All Accord member. In the restaurant it turns out that this voucher is only valid for one person, obviously my wife is not welcome in this hotel. When ordering we chose an appetizer, a main course and a dessert, plus wine and water. Upon payment, it then turns out that the desserts are not part of the half board. But no one told us that, rather the waitress told us beforehand that we had free choice.
There followed a very unpleasant discussion in the restaurant and then at the reception because I refused to pay for the desserts. We have now traveled through France for about two weeks and have stayed in various (much more expensive) Accor hotels. We once had a problem with a hotel that did not meet our wishes. The staff was very accommodating and apologetic for the inconvenience. This is definitely not the case in Dijon. This unsatisfactory rating is mainly about customer contact and the staff's inability to deal with mistakes. My evening was ruined in any case.

Location is fine. Close to the highway and enough charging stations. The rooms are acceptable for one night. You have to make a reservation for the restaurant, otherwise there is no place. Within walking distance there are other restaurants where you do not have to make a reservation. Please note: when checking out we suddenly had to pay tourist tax. Afterwards it turned out that we had already paid that when booking. The manager responded by email that this was indeed a mistake and it was going to be fixed. Subsequently, nothing is resolved and they no longer respond to email messages.

Restaurant: Very bad experience last night, two young waiters in training left without trained supervision: Forget appetizers, I have to go to the bar myself to have my beer forgotten, I'm served this one a minute apart from the hot dishes, table by our coast does not have an aperitif but it's allowed in small ovens
us no, my veal chop which according to the pompous title on the menu had to be finely cooked at thyme base temperature and marked with BBQ: no taste, not
of BBQ marking , very red and lots of fat and tendons 90% remained on the plate. Very disorganized service and despite the site, not at the level

The hotel was fairly difficult to locate as the local road layout had changed due to recent roadworks. However when we located the hotel, the room was huge and stylishly decorated. The beds (2) were huge and we had a comfortable peaceful night. The restaurant was excellent with a good choice of reasonably priced most tasty dishes and a great choice of wines. Continental breakfast was also well presented, fresh and generous. This was an excellent place to stay for an overnight stop on our trip to the Alps. We will visit again.

Finding a nice hotel for a family with three young kids is a challenge - this hotel is the best we have visited. The incredible attic room was huge, with 4 very comfortable beds, a cot (good for a child up to 4 years old) and a massive bathroom with bath, toilet and shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet had a wide choice and the evening restaurant was good for both audults and children. The main building is the 18th Centruy former summer residence of the Dijon Bishops.

The hotel looks lovely but we didn't enjoy our stay. First off we got charged extra tourist tax on arrival which I've later found out we shouldn't have been. Breakfast was appalling. They ask for what time you'd like so we arrived at that time - no spare tables, water for tea was cold, coffee machines not working, poor choice of food. Staff don't care about anything.
At dinner the night before lots of confusion over drinks, warm white wine, cold food, waited 15 minutes for drinks to be served.
Bathroom poorly designed so when showering water goes everywhere, poor ventilation in bathroom.

We had trouble finding the hotel, as it is pretty much surrounded by a building site! Persevere, though, and you will be rewarded.

The original building is a former mansion, the ground floor of which holds the large dining and bar areas and some quirky lounges. The rooms are in a new block and are well-equipped, including the facilities to make hot drinks and really good showers.

Our evening meal was excellent, with some Burgundian specialities and excellent, friendly service. The breakfast, included in the price, was interesting and varied, though the "machines" to deliver preserves into little cups made out of edible wafer, were a real struggle to use - you have to pump vigorously for some time.

In all an excellent stay, a breaking point on our long journey from Provence to the channel which was relaxing and made us feel our holiday had not quite ended. One to remember and return to.
