This hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed on a half board basis in an apartment close to the main hotel which was clean and spacious. The surrounds are beautiful and well kept. We will certainly visit again.

We stayed mid August as a family of four. The staff at Reception were very welcoming and helpful. Our villa with parking was a good size with a separate bedroom and beds in the living area for the children. The pool area was nice, but the pool temperature was freezing. It was 36 degrees outside though. There was a shortage...

The hotel has a wonderful setting and looks absolutely delightful as you approach.Once inside the reception and lounge areas are simply stunning. We had booked a deluxe room in the main building based on the pictures from the hotel's website. However, our room looked nothing like the pictures with just one small window overlooking the restaurant and bar area and...

Despite our short trip to Boltaña we had time to enjoy the hotel. The staff was really kind and the rooms had wonderful views (the beds were awesome!!). When you came here you should visit the SPA, well prepared and ready for you to have a relaxing time. Definitely a place to visit at least one time in you life.

Beautiful property and hotel. It's out of the way and surrounded by beautiful hikes. The town is close and quaint. We stayed in a villa, which offered private parking and spacious rooms. We loved it. The front desk were very friendly and provided excellent information. We arrived late and the restaurant was closed until 8:30. Nothing in town was open...

Arrived for a two day visit in July, and found it to be very welcoming, particularly after a long motorcycle ride in 35 degrees heat. The staff at reception were pleasant and the rooms were more than adequate with air conditioning. The pool was a suitable size with towels and loungers provided and staff assisting from the pool bar. we...

We stayed for a week as a couple with one 8-year old child. Hotel is very nicely refurbished and the inside is really wonderful. We did not stay in the main building, but in the villas in annex which offer actually small appartments - a lot of room, good bed, excellent airco without too much noise. Parking facilities just in...
