Third time being here, we always stay in the spa room as its separate from the rest and you have an amazing view from the balcony.
Michel and Evelien give you a welcome feel, and always have great tips. Staff is very friendly( the new office help is too cute) . Took a Yoga class in the early morning, but a great start off the day. For sure we are coming back again. Was a good Ibiza 2018.
Thank Bonibenoni

Just came back from the lovely island Ibiza. Casa Naya made it a even more lovely.
When we a arrived a bit early our room was not ready, so Pepe gave us the grand tour, he made us feel right at home.
We got the room separate from the rest near the breakfast area, this is very modern and had as a big balcony with sunbeds.
Everything was clean, tidy and bright.
The ladies that work there are so sweet.
If you have a car, with nog traffic you are in town in almost 20minutes, we parked at Figeuretas and walked along the boulevard to Ibiza town.
Breakfast is nice, the have a lot of choice.
As we came here for the guietness we got it, laying on the sunbed on the roof, you have the most beautiful view.
For sure we are coming back, see you next time Pepe and the dogs ( who are so cute )

My partner an I stayed at Casa Naya recently and, unfortunately, had our engagement ring stolen from the bedside table whilst we were out for the day.

We reported it to the manager as soon as we realised it was gone. In fact, I forgot to put it on (hardly ever do that) and it was the first thing we checked on returning. We thought it would be safe as we knew exactly where it was left the night before. The response was one of nonchalance from the two managers Evelyn and her partner Michel, they just did not want to accept that it had happened or deal with it. The owner Pepe was in Spain and we called him to explain what had happened, his response was 'I can't believe you've only stayed here for one night and this has happened'. Unbelievable!

The cleaner was the only other person with access to our room. There was no sign of a break-in and only a couple of other guests staying at the same time. We reported the theft to the police straight away. Prior to that we asked Evelyn to help us contact the police, her reply was that we must call them ourselves it's not up to her, she did not want to help us. She would not supply a phone number nor address for the police station in Ibiza town. We were made to feel like we had done something awful to them and not the other way around. It was made clear that we were no longer welcome and should move on. We checked out the next day. The person responsible served us coffee the next morning (which we were even charged for)! She should have been suspended pending further investigation but as we had no viable proof i.e. no-one saw her take it was shrugged off. The only thing they cared about was getting us off the property so that they could continue their business and protect their reputation.

I emailed Evelyn after returning to the UK asking her to take the matter seriously as, to us at least, this was not a petty crime (not a pair of sunglasses or a cheap necklace) this was theft of a high value item, not to mention the sentimental value, that should have still been exactly where it was left!!

It's a shame that such a lovely resort is let down by hiring unscrupulous staff. Maybe background checks should have been carried out. Would highly recommend they do this in the future. We were told that nothing like this has happened before, well that might be the case but it did happen, regretfully, and it should have been dealt with fairly with dignity and compassion. We were not to blame as we were made to feel.

Stay here with caution if staff members are allowed to get away with committing an illegal offence that renders guests vulnerable and without security and peace of mind for their belongings.

We feel disappointed to read this. We really did our utmost best to help you. Our staff is working already a long time for us and this really never..never happend in our house. So when we heard this we felt shocked and we told you this. We asked you if you knew sure if you left the ring in the room. We listened with attention to you, called the staff and spoke with eachother about this and gave the appropriate attention to you and gave you all the possiblilities you could undertake. Unfortunately the solution has not be found.

There are there are hotels, there are hoteliers there are great hoteliers, but among the most extraordinary in the world, atCasa Naya, a paradise of a hotel in the north East of the island, is 'Pep' -or perhapsPepe to his myriad friends and clientele.
Around midnight at the end of July, one of his clients got into trouble finding the sign for the hotel on the pitch black road to San Juan, missed his turning, and drove on , until he reached a dirt track where he thought -clever dick!- that he could reverse back onto the main road and retrace his steps back to the Hotel sign to the drive he had missed.
Within minutes his car was subsiding into what seemed to be an endless pit of loose gravel, and the more he tried to reverse the deeper he sank, until he came face to face with an enormous pink rock onto which he threatened to impale the hotel loan car! Getting out , he hurried round to the passenger side, when he realised that his right front offside wheel was deeply I bedded in gravel, and the rear wheel was spinning several feet off the ground! At which poit he lost his footing and skidded down the sharp incline towards the beautiful but potentially fatal pink rock, his clothes and legs torn in tatters!
Moments later , a car drew up, lights flashing, and out jumped a florist from Santa Gertrudis, who took one look at him, imagining he d been thrown out of the car! The hapless driver begged him not to call any authorities but asked if he could ring the hotel, which he did, fifteen minutes, came the prompt answer, and sure enough, a second car raced towards them, lights flashing, and the driver was confronted by Pep, the owner ofCasa Naya, a man outrageously good looking for his age. With a voice like gravel and the presence of guardian angel, who would drive him back to his hotel and then return to the scene of the accident with whatever help he needed, and return the customers car to him, undammaged, outside his bedroom the next morning, no fuss or charge, but impeccable service, for which Pep is apparently famous throughout the island.

When we arrived a retreat was taking place so the owner put us in a suite instead of the room we had paid for. This was a lovely set of rooms with great views towards the sea from the lovely large terrace. This was furnished with two benches and a large table. Double doors led into a large room with a bed settee at one end with tv, dining, kitchenette at the other end. The kitchen is basic and it would be difficult to cook anything but the most basic meal. There is a fridge, microwave/oven and two hot plates. The area is cramped and utensils and pans are limited. There is no iron in the room or any brushes etc. One night I smashed a glass and had no way to clear it up. I ended up pushing the bits into the corner with a tea towel.
The bedroom is large with a reasonably comfortable bed, I thought it a bit hard but my husband loved it. There are only sheets on the and sometimes I felt a bit chilly so put towels over myself and turned off the very efficient air con.
The bathroom was quite large with a jacuzzi bath with over bath shower. Hot water was plentiful but took ages to come through.
Towels were changed daily and the rooms were cleaned daily. They also supply extra large towels to use at the pool. You will need to bring your own soap etc.
There is a safe in the wardrobe.
The pool area is lovely with loungers, tables and chairs and wonderful views of the surrounding area. The breakfast is lovely, plentiful and very good value. There is no bar so you will need to bring your own drinks of any kind.
Casa Naya is away from the main road reached by a single lane Tarmac road and is peaceful. Not sure it is a place for children, although there is a small playground with a trampoline.
If you want peace and relaxation, then this is the place for you.
Brilliant staff, so friendly, especially the owner, Pep.
We ate at the Carune bar and restaurant, turn left at the bottom of the lane and up to the roundabout, which is where the restaurant is with a little supermarket.
Lovely place, would visit again.
