Be prepared to be disappointed. The thermal pool is cold. Even during check in they say the pool is 32 C, but when we questioned the temperature (somewhere below 20C) they said it's only warmed by thermal water -it's not advertised as being warm....since its so big it cools off quickly. In reality, the water coming into the pool was... More

The hotel is very silent and the town around the hotel is perfect - great way to escape of the city. Spa is good, but very limited. For really cool thing like Termal bath of "Moro and Mora" you should pay, but the pleasure of this bath worths that. Close to the hotel there are several restaurants of high quality... More

We went for our honey moon just for the weekend, the hotel were informed about this. We did not have any kind of treatment for our honey moon, like zero... plus the people from the front desk were very un-professional, gave us the key and send us to the bedroom, we asked her about the massage pack we had and... We stayed for two nights at the end of July 2014. Check in was good with the staff speaking English. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Free wifi was available throughout the hotel, including the outside pool. We never used the spa or thermal treatment rooms but we did use the outside pool which is thermally heated and... More

Some problems in the room (the last day the air conditioner leaked), but overall great room, large, spacious and comfortable. The service of the waiters at the breakfast is unprofessional, is what makes me lower the level of service. They are unfriendly, rude and do not know how to treat the customer. The SPA a little bit poor, but with... More

This "spa hotel" was a very negative experience for our whole party- 4 adults (two couples). When we arrived, they told us that they were too busy for ANY spa treatments. We were given a free 45 minutes in the downstairs, indoor spa pool as though it was some grand gesture, but it was just a cold indoor pool. The... More

The attittude at reception can ruin your whole stay. We tried checking in at 12.00 as scheduled. He kept us waiting 90 minutes. Receptionist did not offer another room arguing that he could not disrupt schedule.

Last week my and my partner spent together with the kids (8 and 10 years old) 5 days here. We loved it exspacially due to the excellent value for money of our trip. The cheap available Ryanair flight (holiday saison!) was one of the main reason we ended up in the Zaragozza region (all-in 50EUR/Person). The spa-environment and local wine... More

We were staying elswhere and had visited the Monasterio de Piedra so the spa, which opened at 1600, was ideal. We paid 15 euros for 45 minutes and enjoyed every minute of it. This was only for the pool and thermal waters, which pummelled the body in every direction! This left us feeling much refreshed and with glowing skin
