Not a good exp. in this hotel. They have 2 buildings one in the front which is the old one and second is just behind which is build new and more luxe. While selling they show you room pictures of new one and when we checked in we were given the rooms in the old one. Only good thing was the roof top bar, where they serve hukka as well.

Visited this hotel in the month of July 2017. Hotel was excellent and room service was also very good. It is not exactly in Kasauli but little far from main market. The main thing in this hotel is small pub which is situated in the terrace where you can enjoy music at night with drinks and awesome people. Room is average and good for stay.

They claim to be a budget Hotel, which in fact, doesn't seem so. A small cramped place, with tiny rooms, narrow staircases, badly managed and maintained. There is no restaurant and for that, you have to climb up 4 floors in the adjacent building, which houses the better quality, Kasauli Regency. Both are managed by the same people, and fortunately, after the wife's complaining about us old people climbing up and down, the front desk lady, very kindly, upgraded us to a better and bigger room in Kasauli Regency.

Had booked this place through Goibibo. Not exactly in Kasauli but a little before in Kimmughat. They have two hotels - Kasauli Inn (the budget one) and Kasauli Regency (A premium one). Kasauli Inn though not very clean is an ok place to stay if you need a place to just sleep. Otherwise, they are not so good. The linen stinks and service is slow. Not a place to be if you have any elderly or have knee / back problems. They don't have elevators and staircases are tall. The saving grace is their rooftop restaurant which serves delicious food (through pricey) with breathtaking views of surrounding mountains, and turns into a club on Sunday nights.

My husband and I visited Kasauli during the extended weekend of Independence Day. The experience was pathetic to say the least. The rooms are shabby, washroom is unclean and there is no maintenance whatsoever. The geyser in our room wasn't functioning and we had to use the washroom of another room. Moreover, service was horrible. We had make innumerable calls to ask for anything. Also, the breakfast we ordered had an insect. They got us a fresh plate only after we made a number of calls. We had to stay in Kasauli Inn because all other hotels were full and we had pre-booked the hotel via Make My Trip. However, I would suggest that it is better to stay in Kalka or Chandigarh for the night than to stay in this terrible hotel. Only good thing was the Rooftop Bar at Kasauli Regency, which is a decent hotel handled by owners of Kasauli Inn. Kasauli Inn and Kasauli Regency in fact share the same reception. When we complained about the services at the time of check-out, they wanted to waive off charges for tea and food, but they did not apologize for even once. Please don't opt for this hotel ever.

Property shown in pictures is actually of their own hotel adjacent by the name of Kasauli Regency. Rooms are like Dharamshala rooms. No Basic amenities , poor finishing, interiors & exteriors. Food was okay. Go there only when u don't expect anything from hotel.
