Birds View is the classic getaway for someone seeking a pleasant change in routine in a placid habitat. We have inculcated a congenial atmosphere so that our guests can lighten up, feel free & take in the environs. We look forward to keep alive the rustic, welcoming, & mystifying sprit of the hills which has enthused artists, explorers & thinkers over generations. Bordered by sub tropical pine --tropical deciduous--thorn forests & picturesque hills, quaint rural communities with terraced landscapes, overlooking the Great Plains & the Tri-City, under the endless skies, perched high on a cliff, justifying the expression; ‘Birds-eye-View’ We believe that travelling to Kasauli is all about spending a short & peaceful escape where one needn’t worry about being too far from civilization yet enjoy a healthy accord with nature & at the same time is within means. So if you’re in Kasauli & looking forward to benefit from it all? The remedy for you is the abode of Birds View!

We stayed here for 4 nights, in their super deluxe room. (Go for the room “Dusk” to experience the sunset and valleys like you’ve never before!)

The staff is extremely well. We had the waiter “Khush”, who was very well behaved and the service was top-notch.

The food is reasonably priced and is fresh and very tasty! You can even ask them for modifications (for example, stir fried, instead of deep fried. Etc.).

The overall experience was beautiful. Will definitely recommend for a quiet and peaceful weekend getaway.

I Traveled From Kolkata to Kasauli during June 2022.I have been there for a week stayed in Bird View Hotel Kasauli which is approximately 1.5km from the main market area. It is a very good hotel kind of resort located in nice view point. Chandigarh is easily visible from the hotel roof top restuarant if the wheather is clear. I took a double bed economy room as i traveled solo they charged me Rs 2200/- room per night. I will definitely recommend to such people's who want to explore nature and enjoy the Value of mountains.

I have stayed at Kasauli a few times but this experience was so much better. Trust me, this resort is located at a heavenly spot in Kasauli hills and it’s almost away from the hustle and bustle of the world. The resort is humble but has everything that you may want during a getaway time.

We were on family trip. The valley view from our rooms was amazing, and we could enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets right from the hotel's dining area/terrace/balcony. It is one of the best location in Kasauli. The friendly staff made our family retreat even more special. Birds View hoel is a perfect choice delightful vacations, and we're eager to come back for more happy moments.

It was a nice stay specially my pets were allowed. Food was sumptuous. Staff was forthcoming & helpful. The view was good the location was outside kasauli on old kasauli road. There is nothing much to see in kasauli as such. So if you want to have a quite weekend than you are looking at birds eye view

My stay at bird's view resort was amazing. The place was clean and beautiful. The best part of their resort were the rooms and the view from their balcony. Staff was polite and helpful. We were skeptical about the food but the food was tasty.. I ordered many items and not a single item disappointed me.
Overall, my stay in the resort was fulfilling and I totally recommend it.

Though the nearest from Parwanoo side yet its not good. Can be thought of for a short stay and that too without food. I am sorry that i am criticising it. The food aspects are big rooms, nice terrace, table tennis area and ease to visit this place.

I would suggest you to come via Dharampur. Its a bit long route but you wouldnt regret, If you want to see some beautiful scenes and calmness the route of Parwanu is preferable. You wouldnt find any traffic after you leave outskirts of Parwanu Sector 4. Let me warn you about the road its not that good but the distance from Parwanu to Kasauli is 19 Km only. If you have time and not tired then go via old Parwanu road. The road turns to the left up towards Kasauli from Parwanu. There are two petrol stations in the left side when you cross Parwanu. The Kasauli Road is 50 meters from the second Petrol pump towards left. Secondly The Birds View is awsum place to hang out. Nice location and scenery. Ample parking space of the hotel. The main market is bit far from hotel about three to four km. So in hills you cant walk up the hill and down without getting tired. Parking at Mall road is 100. The church is at the parking itself. You can park the car and walk up to church. The manky point not monkey point is 2km from the parking which can be accessible via car and some go walking. I would suggest you to go on car since you have climb 150 big stair steps to reach manky temple. But it is wonderful view when reach the top. Due to security reason of army you are not allowed even waist belts beyond manky point gate. If you any more questions pl. dont shy to ask me. This area i have been visiting for the last 10 years.
