Hotel Ulivi is located on the southern shore of Lake Iseo, it is a short walk from the waterfront of Paratico, and from the picturesque historical center of Sarnico. Our pretty little meuble by the lake will welcome you will be a beautiful garden of palm trees and ancient olive trees, that will take you to the entrance of the hotel, where you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: from cozy rooms with all the comforts and breakfast room where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Iseo. Our 4-star hotel will surprise you for friendliness, helpfulness and care to make sure that your stay is as pleasant. We will help you to realize your personal tour in Franciacorta and Lake Iseo. The hotel has 22 rooms: single, double and triple rooms, most of them with a balcony overlooking the lake or garden and pool. All rooms also have private bathrooms with shower and / or bath, air conditioning, hairdryer, satellite TV, mini bar, direct dial telephone, electronic safe, radio and alarm clock. It is also available an apartment of 75 sm with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room all fully furnished. We were allocated a lake view room with terrace so woke up to a beautiful view in the morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotless. Breakfast provided a good choice of hot and cold food - delicious cakes and brioche along with cereals, yoghurts, juices and excellent cappuccini. It has a good sized swimming pool (although it looked very inviting it wasn't open) in a very pretty garden setting. Parking was free under the hotel and offered secure storage for our e-bikes along with the ability to charge them overnight. We could walk to the lakefront and into town very easily and there were numerous bars and restaurants to choose from. We were recommended the Pata Negra restaurant by the hotel which was just across the road and it was absolutely amazing (we ate in the Italian restaurant as opposed to the Spanish bistro) . The Ulivi is a warm and friendly hotel in a great location in a really super river and lakefront town. On Sunday we cycled around the Lake - fully recommended!

We stayed here as an overnight stop, but most people were there on holiday, rather than just as a stopover. The hotel is modern, clean and well situated, and run by a cheery group of staff. It has underground overnight parking, which was a real plus on a very hot night as we had bought some of the local Franciacorta sparkling wine to enjoy at home in Scotland, and I don't think it would have survived the temperatures approaching forty degrees in the sun.
Lake Iseo is often overlooked by foreign visitors in favour of its better known neighbours, but it is beautiful, less crowded, and well worth a visit.

I have been absolutely blown away by this fantastic hotel. It is so beautiful in every way. The staff are extremely welcoming. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The gardens and outside areas are beautifully kept. The pool is probably the cleanest I have ever swam in. In fact the entire place is so clean I would not hesitate to return again. It's easy walking distance to a great number of restaurants and bars all set along Lake Iseo. Such a picturesque place to be. If you visit you will not be disappointed ❤

Small but very personal hotel with apartments located around the pool and garden or lake views. A Lidl 10min walk away for supplies and the same walk into Sarnico for many good value bars and restaurants.

We're currently on a road trip around Northern Italy, and this is our first stop, having landed in Bergamo this morning.
It's absolutely stunning. The hotel is situated a stones throw from the lake, so close in fact that there's a lovely view of it from the pool.
There are plenty of restaurants a short walk from the hotel as well everyone's favourite German supermarket (which is a bit further up the road).
The rooms are spacious and comfortable and come complete with various toiletries and complimentary pool towels. We opted for a triple room on the ground floor, which has a double and single bed.
There is also parking available in an underground carpark, which is free for hotel guests.
The only downside is its proximity to the road, you'll hear the odd motorbike zoom past now and then.
All in all I thoroughly recommend this hotel 👌🏻

The hotel was amazing, and the staff were all very helpful. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the view from our balcony was beautiful. It’s perfect for couples looking for a peaceful holiday, and it’s got a beautiful and clean swimming pool. The lake is only a minute walk away! Can’t wait to go back at some point!

To experience Lake Iseo and Franciacorta this is the perfect place to stay. The staff is really friendly, the garden and the pool is the place to be after a day on the bike or visiting one of the wineries in Franciacorta. I will surely come back!

Perfect hotel, clean, Nice atmosphere and good food & wine. Bike hire are available. The owner are so helpful, and make good salat:) the pool is good to have in hot days. Its a short way to hiking trauma and Wine tasting places. Good parking space. Big balcony .

Used this little gem many times over almost 20 years for both business and pleasure. Cannot fault it for the warm welcome, helpful staff, feels like it's family run even though it's not. Great breakfast, gorgeous lake view and great location!
