Very welcoming staff with a menu that covered all the basics without being too extensive. The pie was a proper pie which was a relief after the pastryless pie at the Wyche inn. Food was nice and as expected, the staff made a real difference by actually seeming pleased to have us there and interacted with all of us.

Stayed over for a family party what a lovely place this is. Our family booked all 3 rooms that are situated in a separate annex next door to the pub itself, the rooms are spacious with a lovely, comfy bed, great views and very peaceful. Kate, the landlady is a wonderfully ingratiating host who made our stay all the more...

The owners are by friendly and helpful and the accommodation is basic but spacious. It's ideally located for a walk up the Worcestershire Beacon and in close to Malvern and Ledbury if you want to go shopping. Would definitely stay again if we we're visiting the area.

We rented a cottage within walking distance for a few days whilst we visited the nearby show ground. We tried the Railway Inn on the first evening and went back another couple of times. The staff were friendly and attentive. The menu itself was nothing out of the ordinary (Steaks, Pies, Fish and Chips etc) but the food was extremely...

This is the 3rd year we've come back to stay for cricket festivals. We stayed for 6 nights spread over 2 weeks. Friends also stayed here in the family room for the first 3 nights. Food was excellent, the steak cooked perfectly and the sticky toffee pudding is the stuff of legend!. We were there for 2 Wednesday's which meant...

Have never stayed here but have dined here several times. The landlord is a nice enough bloke and the food and service is fairly good and at a reasonable price. Nice view from the pub, decor OK but the toilets could be better.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights during half term to accommodate 2 adults, 3 children and a dog, and we used it as base to visit the area, including a walk up the Malvern Hills and a walk into Great Malvern. The pub is on the main A449 and is easy to find. The exterior could do with a...
