We treated ourselves to a lovely Christmas break at the Dolphin, the 4 of us had a great time, lovely rooms, great staff, great food, great atmosphere, superb area for walks even though the weather was pretty cold and wet. We will return.!!!

Met with friends for lunch. Pub menu choice was varied, including a 'Specials' board and the food was excellent. Service friendly and efficient. Lovely open fire. Highly recommended.

Stopped by for Lunch, a Lovely Pub/Restaurant/Hotel, all staff are excellent, nothing too much trouble, food is excellent, wine is excellent, very clean and tidy, well worth a visit, recommend the Beef Sandwich with Soup, perfect.
Yes, they do a children's menu. We went on a Saturday and my grandson aged 10 and granddaughter aged 6 both had steak and chips which were really big portions. I am sure they would do a children's Sunday roast.
