Visited at the weekend. Stunning location, wonderful hotel with character and charm. The opposite of city glam. Thanks to the kind and helpful front of house staff. We hope we can visit again very soon.

This was very cool. We stayed the night in the Castle in some of the most beautiful and secluded area of Scotland. The Castle only has 20 rooms all with a theme and it was magical. I would definitely get dinner as there is no where for miles to get something. Diner was an experience all in it self. Everyone...

We had stayed here with friends several years ago & had an amazing time so when I saw a 5pm deal we decided to go ourselves. We received a confirmation email & I sent back a reply that I had a wheat intolerance which on arrival the receptionist confirmed. I felt quite relieved as I had thought of phoning before...

There was also bar meals available and which were basic but good. It would have been nice if they also had an alternate menu in the dinning room. The staff in the hotel were great...

This is a beautiful old hotel in lovely surroundings. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, it is in desperate need of investment. We booked this for a special birthday and it was so disappointing. The room was £185 per night for BB and it was not worth the price, it could be with some effort. The room had been...

Located a twisty, turny hours drive from Pitlochry, the hotel is quite isolated so taking the dinner, bed and breakfast option is probably wise. Staff offer a friendly welcome and the public areas are cosy and warm. Our MacRitchie Room was spacious, comfortable and pleasantly decorated with four poster bed, a sofa, writing desk and chairs, plus an Ensuite bathroom....
