Me and my partner decided to try somewhere different for Sunday dinner and on our way to Notts decided to call in here. It was busy but they could fit us in, really good value at a tenner for two courses. I'm a veggie and they had two good options for me, plus I could then help myself to veggies...

I can not believe there are places like this still trading. We were unfortunate enough to book this hotel for 3 nights last week, the food was inedible, the room filthy, and thesmanager unhelpful. We complained but were told it was that or nothing, as it was late we were forced to stay. The following week when we tried to...

booked in for one night for a nearby sky diving event..on arrival the place was in darkness, at reception there was a note addressed to me with a key and room number. The room was okay, a few dog hairs on the sheets but otherwise clean. After a long journey we thought we could have a meal at the restaurant...

Booked for one night May 9th 2015. The payment must be made in advance - I booked online and paid at that time. Reception desk not staffed, so went through to bar to say we'd arrived - lady came and got our room key, but could only just about remember where our room was. Room was quite chilly, the Freeview...

I think that describes this hotel perfectly, the staff reception could not have been better, which contimued throughout our two night stay, extremely helpfull...

We booked over night to go to a party in near by Orston. Met by friendly staff member who gave us a room with 4 poster bed number 19, which smelt fusty. We unpacked to then find the toilet flush was not working. She moved us to room 20, opposite which smelt even worse, & just " ordinary " bed which...

When we arrived at 11pm it took a while to find the staff and get into our room, which was absolutely terrible, dirty sheets, mold every where and a poor level of cleanliness. Asked to move rooms and it didnt get much better. Everyone that we complain to blamed someone else and said they were just the bar manager. We...

No reception staff and had to go to the bar for assistance. Keys could not be found-not a good start. Staff stated that the rooms had been paid for that morning by my credit card when I left the details weeks prior to the visit. This had never happened to me before when using this system, and I was not...
