As a frequent user of the spa facilities for a number of years I cannot speak too highly of the treatments offered and the girls who work there. I am always greeted warmly and the massages are of the highest standard. The girls are all friendly and really make the customer feel special and looked after. The new chill outroom...

I stayed at this hotel recently for the second time. The first time was in a suite overlooking the estuary. Unfortunately this time we were allocated marina view room due to a mix up on our part when booking and there were no rooms available for us to upgrade to on the day which was a big disappointment as this...

Friendly welcome. We were allocated a lovely room with outstanding views across the estuary. Our evening meal, chosen from the al a carte menu, was delicious and of the highest quality. We are looking forward to returning soon.

We stayed on a Groupon deal and it was flawless, my 84 yr old Father had never stayed in such nice surroundings and it was so nice seeing him enjoy himself - we were very very lucky and given the fab rooms 269 and 273 which turned out to be Suites overlooking the Estuary, oh if you could have that...

I treated my mum to the winter warmer spa offer today, we had a great time in the spa the treatments I had by Paige were fantastic and she deserves to be recognised! However the service in the terrace restaurant was disappointing, we had to wait a while at the bar, then even longer once eventually seated just to see...

My wife and I and two of her old school friends stayed at the Quay on a "Secret Escapes" deal. We had stayed previously and so were happy to return but were disappointed. The Suite was very poor value and the following are my notes taken at the time: * Suite large but poorly designed - no hotel information booklet...

We called here for lunch in February to treat my sister and were very disappointed by the standard of service. We were ignored once seated and it took 15 minutes for our drinks to appear while food service took even longer despite our efforts to expedite it. Staff seemed uninterested and confused over their roles. The food when it did...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent Lunch experience. On our short March break we like to try different places, but we returned to the Quay and found it even better. It`s not that attractive from the road side but once inside the feeling of space, light and luxury surrounds you. All the staff are lovely, from reception, Spa or restaurant. Our room, the same as last year, was...

I am from N Wales originally so every now and again on my regular visits to family I plan a hotel stay. The Quay is in such a wonderful spot I try to visit every few months. I love the estuary view rooms. This time was my lucky day as I was given 272. WOW! The view I wanted but...
